Research On The Information Management Of Secondary Vocational Education In Weifang

Vocational education information management is a need to promote the reform and development of vocational education as well as the only way to modernize vocational education.Systematic research on the information management practice of secondary vocational education in Weifang will help to enrich the theory of information management of vocational education,accelerate the construction of information management and resource service platform with characteristics of vocational education,and promote the leap-forward development of secondary vocational education.The research method used in this paper include literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods as well,to carry out in-depth research on the information management of secondary vocational education in Weifang.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research results,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related concepts of information management in secondary vocational education,and clarifies its characteristics and significance.From the perspective of decision-making and managers of secondary vocational schools and educational administrative departments,this paper designs questionnaires and interview outlines to investigate.By using SPSS statistical 24 software to analyze the survey data,the existing problems in information management of secondary vocational education in Weifang include the low level of information management,the uneven progress of information construction,the weak strength of the information management team and the serious phenomenon of information islands.Based on the conclusions of empirical research,the reasons behind the above problems are deeply explored through the appearance of educational information management.On the basis of theoretical research and empirical research,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures to optimize the information management of secondary vocational education in Weifang.In order to improve the current situation of education management and realize the transition and upgrading,we must establish the new era of vocational education information management concept of intelligent management,open sharing and coordinated development,through multi-channel increase efforts to build information infrastructure,strengthen the construction of information management talents team,and improve the cloud service platform of vocational education at the city and county levels as a whole.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to provide suggestions for the government,which has certain reference significance for solving the problem of secondary vocational education management,and provides certain reference value for promoting the reform and development of secondary vocational education in Weifang.
