| As the starting point of teacher education,the classroom teaching skills of normal university students are still immature and the teaching effect is not good.As the leading group of classroom teaching,excellent teachers have very skilled teaching skills,teaching effect is remarkable.Therefore,in order to improve the classroom teaching skills of normal university students,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the classroom teaching of excellent teachers and normal university students based on information technology courses,finds out the differences between the two kinds of teachers,summarizes the existing problems in the teaching of normal university students,builds an intervention model of teaching skills training,explores the development of classroom teaching skills of normal university students,and assists the effective implementation of classroom teaching.First,find the problems and rules of normal university students’ classroom teaching.Firstly,the Interactive Behavior Coding System for Classroom Teaching(iti FIAS)is studied.With the help of general video analysis tools,the classroom teaching of excellent teachers and normal students is quantified,coded,analyzed and compared,and the differences in classroom teaching behaviors of excellent teachers and normal students are found.And then,based on effective teaching theory and quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis is made on the classroom teaching of excellent teachers and normal university students.Evaluation scale,observation and other methods are adopted to sort out,compare and analyze,and evidence-based classroom teaching of excellent teachers is biased towards the teaching model supported by constructivism learning theory and normal university students is biased towards the teaching model supported by behaviorism learning theory.Finally,explore the teaching practice of normal university students.Second,the construction of classroom teaching skills training intervention model for normal university students.According to the teaching problems of normal university students,the teaching practice strategy of normal university students is given.With the help of the effective teaching structure of O-AMAS,the intervention model of classroom teaching skills training of normal university students is constructed.Third,normal university students classroom teaching effect test.This paper analyzes the classroom teaching of normal university students in the early and late period of classroom teaching intervention,the change of evidence-based classroom teaching skills of normal university students and the effect of classroom implementation.Secondly,it analyzes the classroom teaching of normal university students in the later period of teaching intervention and in the later period of classroom teaching of previous normal university students,compares the differences,analyzes the change of teaching skills of normal university students and the effect of classroom implementation.It is found that the classroom teaching skills training of normal university students after the intervention of teaching intervention model is more targeted than the previous teaching skills training,and its classroom teaching is more inclined to the participation of students and the student-centered advocated by constructivism,which is more effective than the previous intervention. |
