Study On Tourism Talents Training Of Secondary Vocational Schools In Henan Province Under Intelligent Tourism Background

In recent years,the construction of intelligent tourism is in full swing across the country.As a new situation of “tourism + Internet”,intelligent tourism has great development under the support of national policies and the popularization of the Internet.Developing intelligent tourism is of great significance to the construction of strong tourism country and transformation and upgrading of tourism industry.Promoting the development of intelligent tourism is inseparable from the support of talents.Based on literature analysis and field investigation,this study findsin HeNanmost of the secondary vocational colleges to develop their intelligent tourism talents without relying on the characteristics of intelligent tourism for talents.The more the intelligent tourism advances,the more urgent the demand for talents will be.Therefore,to meet the trend of intelligent tourism development,thesecondaryvocational colleges should reform and innovatein the cultivation of tourism talents to cultivate compound talents that meet the needs of intelligent tourism development,ease the employment pressure of secondary vocational graduatesand promote the development of intelligent tourism.Based on collecting and reading a large number of literatures on intelligent tourism and vocational tourism talent training,this paper analyzes the development background and significance of intelligent tourism,and uses the theory of tacit knowledge and the theory of competency based education as the basic theories for reference to carry out the research.With the empirical analysis method,taking the secondary vocational schools in HeNanprovince as an example,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey,studies and analyzes the current situation of tourism talent cultivation in secondary vocational schoolsand finds out the existing problems.Under the background of intelligent tourism,according to the demand characteristics of intelligent tourism talents and the problems existing in the training of intelligent tourism talents in secondary vocational schools,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of intelligent tourism talents in secondary vocational schools.The training objectives of intelligent tourism talents should be built and the direction of talent training should be guided.Courses are set according to the needs of intelligent tourism.Diversified and intelligent teaching methods should be used to train intelligent tourism talents.In terms of the construction of teaching staff,information literacy training and practical experience of teachers should be increased.In terms of practical teaching,depth cooperation with tourism enterprises should be conducted to improve the construction of intelligent tourism training base.
