In recent years,the development of the tourism industry has been highly valued by many countries and the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In the face of the domestic and international environment changes and the trend of the individual demand of travel consumer,the outcome of the international competition of the tourism industry depends on the quantity and quality of the innovative talents.Training talents who can promote the innovation and development of the tourism industry of our country is the key to meet the individual needs of tourists and enhance the core competitiveness of China's tourism industry.This paper first reviews the relevant research results of the domestic and foreign tourism demand,tourism innovation and innovative personnel training and clarifies the personalized travel trend.With the satisfaction of tourists in the tourism market,this article then analyzes the contradiction between the market supply and the development trend of tourism demand,and points out the necessity of the cultivation of innovative talents in tourism industry.Then based on the characteristics of tourism industry and the characteristics of innovative talents,this paper expounds the characteristics of innovative talents in tourism industry.And then it sorts out the current situation of China's tourism talents training and the training mode of domestic and foreign talents,and analyzes the problems in the cultivation of tourism talents,especially the cultivation of innovative talents in tourism industry.Finally,it constructs the innovative talents training mode of tourism industry in China.In the construction of innovative personnel training mode of tourism industry in China,inspired by the feedback theory of automatic control,this article gives related suggestions to the government,industry associations,tourism enterprises,tourism institutions and scientific research institutions.It establishes a positive feedback mechanism to amplify the demand for professional development,a negative feedback mechanism to correct the gap between market demand and personnel training and a compensation mechanism.In the training mode of innovative talents in tourism industry,the construction of positive and negative feedback mechanism and compensation mechanism makes the innovation ability of talents to be better cultivated,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of China's tourism industry.
