''Adolescence is' the undefinedjointing booting stageundefined of life ',it is the most need for careful guidance and cultivation ",giving full play to the educational and guiding role of the education team is the key to the implementation of the fundamental task of building people in set up virtue.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the national conference on ideological and political affairs in colleges and universities that in order to " meet the needs and expectations of the growth and development of students,all other courses should guard a section of the canal and plant a responsible field,so that all kinds of cou rses and ideological and political theory classes in the same direction,forming a synergistic effect ".The teachers of specialized courses in colleges and universities are the core strength of the ideological and political thought of the practical curriculum,and have unique advantages in the ideological and political education.In-depth study of the professional course teachers in the curriculum ideological and political education practice problems in,and restraining factors for,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is beneficial to break the predicament of " isolated islandc " in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and promote the system of "three complete education" drop fine implementation.In promoting the practice of curriculum ideological and political education in colleges and universities,teachers of professional courses have gradually improved their awareness of its importance,and related support policies constantly improving,teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity are constantly strengthened,but there are still many pain points,difficulties and obstacles.In order to understand the overall performance of professional course teachers in curriculum ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities,the author through the self-designed questionnaire,this paper makes an empirical investigation in three key colleges and universities in Hunan Province.And thinking about the politics of the professional course teachers' practical curriculum respectively on the basis of the professional course teachers' group and the student group's.cognitive degree of,practice status,and the importance and necessity of the investigation,found that there are the followi ng main problems: " there is no restricted area for academic research,and there is discipline in classroom teaching ",many professional teachers' acceptance and identity of the political bottom line of discipline in classroom teaching is low,the understanding of practical curriculum ideological and political education is not clear enough and the positioning is not accurate,and the practical curriculum ideological and political education are not enough energy,there is a selective absence of investment,ideological and political affairs in professional courses education resources and materials mining degree is not enough and so on.Curriculum ideological and political education as ideological and political education in colleges and universities,knowledge transfer,skills lift up the main way.It ranks first in the top ten education system.Professional teacher as the group with the most contact time with college students,we must innovate the relevant mechanism system and strengthen the system guarantee.It mainly includes the construction of the internal drive mechanism for the teachers of specialized courses to devote themselves to the curriculum ideological and political education,constructing the linkage and education mechanism of practical curriculum ideological and political education,and strengthen the support for the teachers.To sweep away the main obstacles in the process of "curriculum ideological and political education " and promot it,push the ideological and political construction of curriculum to a new historical level.
