| At the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,General Secretary Xi Jinping explained the importance of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,stressing that educating people is one of the main issues that the party and the country have always paid close attention to;it stresses the organic unity of teaching and educating people.On the basis of teaching,students pay more attention to the cultivation of the students' moral character,permeate the whole process of education and teaching through ideological and political work,and create a new situation for the development of higher education in China.Every course of the university has ideological and political education function.College teachers should participate in the ideological and political education of college students,make full use of education resources,and assume education responsibility.The main task of undertaking the task of educating people is not only ideological and political educators,college counselors,and administrators.Professional teachers also play a very important role in the growth of students.For college students,professional teachers in colleges and universities have a unique academic charm,which is an important force for colleges and universities,and an effective resource for ideological and political education of college students.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part of this article,and the second part is the theoretical overview part of this article.This part takes the relationship between professional teachers and ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the entry point,respectively,the duties and thoughts of professional teachers.The basic connotation of political education is defined.Based on this,the position of professional teachers in ideological and political education,the importance of professional teachers in educating people,and the necessity of professional teachers in educating people are described.The third part is the statistical and analysis part of the survey results.This part mainly investigates the two groups of students and teachers through questionnaire survey,literature search,analysis and comparison,and analyzes the problems of professional teachers in their ability to educate people.The cause of the problem.The fourth part is the countermeasure part of this article.After a preliminary understanding of the current status and causes of professional teachers in moral education,they are summarized and analyzed,and combined with related theories to establish a new concept of education in colleges and universities,enrich the content of education work,and foster innovation.We will propose ways to achieve this through the methods of people,the improvement of the education mechanism,and the improvement of the conditions for educating people. |
