Workers are the most powerful part of the main force of socialist construction.Sports for workers is an important way to improve the physical quality and work efficiency of workers,build team spirit and corporate culture.The development of sports activities for workers should be highly valued.As a central enterprise in the financial field,Taiping Life Insurance Company attaches great importance to staff sports.However,the needs and behaviors of employees in the financial field have obvious industry characteristics,so it is necessary to explore a way of development of employees' Sports in line with the characteristics of the financial industry based on the experience of other industries.At the same time,there are still some problems in the development of the company's staff sports due to the objective reasons such as the staff sports management system of Taiping Life Insurance.Therefore,this paper chooses the topic of Taiping Life Insurance Company to study the current situation and development strategy of staff sports activities.Satisfaction is the best test standard of staff's sports service quality.Therefore,from the perspective of satisfaction,this study focuses on the current situation and development strategies of Taiping Life Insurance Company's staff sports activities,focusing on the current situation of satisfaction,the difference of satisfaction in different situations and the corresponding countermeasures to improve satisfaction.In this paper,Taiping Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.staff physical activity development status as the research object,using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study Taiping Life Insurance Staff Sports Organization and management status,staff sports development status,staff participation in sports activities satisfaction.The results show that there are still some inevitable problems and great development space in the process of positive improvement of the staff sports activities of TPL.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the main problems of employees' Sports in Taiping Life Insurance Co.,Ltd.lie in the employees who have no sports background,no official platform information is released for the publicity of activities,and the employees get sports information through the communication of employees.There are few equipment in the workplace,and fewer employees participate in sports activities frequently,with low frequency and short time.Second,the average satisfaction of TPL is between 3-4,from "average" to "satisfaction",with the lowest satisfaction score of activity reward and other colleagues' attention,and the highest satisfaction of exercise venue selection and environment.Third,there are significant differences in the satisfaction of employees with different education background in sports activities.The higher the education background is,the higher the satisfaction of employees with sports activities is,the higher the understanding of employees' sports activities is.Fourth: different rest days show a part of significance for the service satisfaction of employees in sports activities(P < 0.05),which means that different rest days havedifferences for the service satisfaction of employees in sports activities.According to the results of interviews and questionnaires,many employees just miss the time of sports activities.Fourth: gender,age,marital status have no significant impact on the satisfaction of staff sports activities.On the whole,more men than women participate in staff sports activities,and age presents olive trend.In view of the problem of organizing and carrying out sports activities of TPL,the following suggestions are given,hoping to not only help the company,but also provide reference for other related companies:First,from the perspective of the enterprise itself: the trade union of the enterprise explores the effective operation mechanism of sports activities;establishes an official information release platform to strengthen the publicity of sports culture and sports activities,arranges a special external voice account,informs information and popularizes sports culture knowledge;regularly invites the social sports guidance team to give suggestions for improvement,constantly improve,and learn from each other.Second,from the perspective of employees: the labor union plans the time for sports activities in an all-round way to ensure that more overtime employees have the opportunity to participate in them;adjusts the structure of employees to participate in sports activities,adjusts the program of activities,and adjusts the time for activities.From the two stages of age olive type to the middle,the proportion of men and women is also coordinated as much as possible;the labor union sets the program of activities to create good employees Sports atmosphere,driving each other.Third,formulate targeted strategies to improve employees' satisfaction with sports.
