Physical fitness is the source of power for our daily labor,carrying human life activities.With the development of physical fitness in recent years,it has received high attention in the society.However,the development of physical fitness in school sports is relatively slow.The state of not doing so has led to a fundamental change in the situation in which the physical fitness of students has declined.Physical development at the high school stage is a critical period of lifelong physical exercise for each individual student.It plays an important role in guiding and deciding.Therefore,in order to improve the decline of the physical fitness of students,the 2017 edition of "General High School Physical Education Curriculum Standards" regards physical fitness as exercise the important reference index and performance form of ability,in the course sub-goals,physical fitness is one of the key points of high school students' athletic ability development.So how to improve the physical fitness level and health of students in physical education,and how to further promote the implementation of the physical exercise module teaching,we need to further study.This thesis uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and action research method to investigate and analyze the current status of physical exercises in Yangpu District,Shanghai.At the same time,it uses action research method to verify the feasibility and teaching effect.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.In the cognition of physical fitness and physical fitness development,teachers and students above seven to eight levels have a high degree of understanding of physical fitness,and can recognize the importance of physical fitness for physical health and athletic ability.However,the specific definition of physical fitness for high school students is still relatively vague and confusing.More than 70% of teachers have an unclear attitude towards the recognition of physical exercise as a required and mandatory module in physical education curriculum standards,which also reflects the school has neglected to study the new curriculum standards for physical education teachers.2.Regarding the planning for the teaching of physical exercise modules,the results of the questionnaire survey showed that more than 75% of the teachers in Yangpu District said that the school did not provide physical exercise module teaching,and more than 85% of the students also chose No and unclear.At the same time,the observation of the preparations for the physical exercises of 15 high schools shows that all schools except Fudan High School and Yangpu High School do not have a clear plan on the observation indicators of the physical exercise semester plan and unit teaching plan,but all of them are in physical education classes.At the end of the basic part,"class practice" with quality practice as the main part is arranged.3.During the implementation of physical exercises,for example,the form of exercise is single,mainly based on the arrangement of class exercises at the end of the basic part of physical education;the selection of the content of physical exercises generally exists.The replacement of physical exercises with sports skills learning is based on physical fitness.The health test project is a test phenomenon of the content of physical fitness exercises,but the general physical exercises and physical fitness improvement content that are really related to the improvement of students' physical fitness are less,lacking systematic,targeted and interesting;the use of teaching methods and teaching organizations Can't attract students to participate in learning practice well;In the exercise load arrangement of physical exercises,there are problems such as short practice time,low practice frequency,moderate exerise intensity;general classroom teaching effect,low teacher-student satisfaction and other problems.4.The physical conditions of physical exercise can not guarantee the implementation of the exercise well,and there are problems such as the relatively simple provision of venue equipment,the physical professional level of physical education teachers to be improved,and the neglect of physical education and cultural promotion and development work.5.Teachers and students are less satisfied with the implementation of physical exercises.The average value of each satisfaction index in the teacher questionnaire is between 2.50 and 3.00,which is more inclined to "general satisfaction",and the average value of each satisfaction index in the student questionnaire is between 3.00 and 3.50,which is more inclined to "not very "Satisfaction" generally shows a slightly worse experience of physical exercise.6.The practice teaching and investigation results of action research show that the physical exercise module teaching is feasible in the actual teaching environment.The professor of physical exercise system knowledge can cultivate students' physical exercise awareness and ability,and the interesting physical exercise class can attract students to participate.Learning to practice and efficient classroom organization and practice methods can increase the practice density,thereby increasing the classroom exercise load.7?Suggestions to promote the further implementation of physical fitness exercises.Enrich the methods of physical exercise development,carry out physical exercise module teaching,learn from modern physical training,enrich the content and methods of physical exercise,adjust the class mode,increase the density of classroom exercise,stimulate students' interest in sports,and create external measures to ensure the implementation of physical exercise condition.
