Research On The Mechanism Of The Occurrence Of Reverse Events In The Period Of High Public Opinion Dissemination

With the rapid development of multimedia information technology,the Internet has become a gathering place of public opinion and ideas.For a long time,it has been an important strategic goal for the development of China's Internet and information industry to strengthen network construction and make China a powerful Internet country.Therefore,it is particularly important to do a good job in network supervision to enhance China's cultural soft power.In the new era,the forms of information communication are gradually enriched.Compared with traditional media,we media and other emerging media platforms have the advantages of large information carrying capacity,strong interaction and efficient communication,which greatly promote the enthusiasm of the public to participate in the network.The lowering of the threshold of information output makes various opinions burst out,collide,interweave and annihilate constantly,and online public opinions emerge in this process.However,when Internet media provides convenience for information communication,its disadvantages are gradually revealed.Nowadays,public opinion inversion events occur frequently,causing large fluctuations of netizens' emotions.While disturbing the ecological balance of public opinion,it also brings some difficulties to crisis monitoring.Therefore,the study of public opinion inversion events has become an urgent and important topic for many scholars to solve.At present,the researches on the inversion of network public opinion are mostly focused on the analysis of the simple cause and the evolution of the event,but there are few researches on the mechanism of the event.Therefore,the research on the mechanism of the inversion of network public opinion canmake up for this content omission.It is helpful for relevant departments to strengthen the monitoring of public opinion,prevent the emergence of public opinion crisis,and ensure the stable and orderly operation of the public opinion supervision mechanism.This paper mainly studies a public opinion reversal event in the period of public opinion propagation upsurge.Literature research,qualitative analysis and empirical research are used to make an in-depth analysis of the research objects,and the relevant theories of public opinion communication,life cycle theory of public opinion,network information ecology theory and information asymmetry theory are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.By distinguishing the concepts of public opinion inversion and public opinion inversion events,it is helpful to clarify the research focus of this paper and accurately grasp the research subject.After the systematic analysis of public opinion characteristics of such event,the related researches in on its elements,the detailed deconstruction public opinion transmission mechanism of high phase reversal,research the mechanism of interaction between relationship and mechanism of the whole mechanism,based on the introduction of specific case,chongqing bus drop jiang event empirically,to verify that the above scientific nature and applicability of the proposed mechanism.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are given for the occurrence of the reversal of network public opinion in the upsurge period.The research shows that the mechanism for the occurrence of reverse events in the period of public opinion propagation upsurge proposed in this paper is feasible and practical to a certain extent,and can provide some help for the future research and supervision in related fields.
