With the continuous development of Internet technology,the Internet has become an important source for people to obtain knowledge and information,and at the same time has become an important medium for public emotional communication.People's online life has shifted from simple information query and Internet surfing to the current online shopping,online education,online office and online socializing.At the same time as the network life continues to enrich,a large amount of information is generated and stacked,and false information interferes with people.Especially in the social network environment,users assume multiple roles of information publisher,communicator,and receiver,and the threshold for information release and dissemination is reduced,creating favorable conditions for the widespread dissemination of false information.The appearance of a large amount of false information increases the difficulty of discerning information,interferes with the normal lives of netizens,misleads public opinion,and is not conducive to the harmonious development of society.Therefore,exploring the characteristics of dissemination of false information and studying what factors users are affected by in a social network environment to disseminate false information are essential for improving the ability of users to discern information,optimizing government and platform governance measures,and building a harmonious information society.important.In this context,this paper combines the SOR model,risk perception theory and perceived value theory,using literature research,questionnaire surveys and empirical research methods,taking WeChat as an example to study the characteristics of false information transmission and governance strategies in a social network environment.Firstly,it clarifies the research background and significance of this article,summarizes the development of relevant research at home and abroad,and expounds the research content and research methods of this article.After that,I introduced the definition and characteristics of the concepts of social network,false information,and false information dissemination behavior,and formed a basic understanding of the false information dissemination behavior in the social networkenvironment.Next,the S-O-R model,risk perception theory,and perceived value theory are discussed to support the subsequent research.Then based on the SOR model and the social network user behavior characteristics,a model of influencing factors for disseminating false information was constructed.Through questionnaire surveys and empirical studies of structural equations,factors influencing the dissemination of false information by social users were investigated.Quantity and quality have a significant negative impact on risk perception,information quantity and quality have a significant positive impact on perceived value and trust perception,media contact has a more significant negative impact on knowledge level,and the positive impact of user trust perception is false Information dissemination behavior,risk perception negatively affects false information dissemination behavior.According to the data analysis results,from the three levels of source,channel,and sink,the government,technology,media,the public,and information agencies put forward countermeasures to counterfeit information.Finally,we summarize the full text,draw conclusions,and point out the shortcomings in the research and the areas that should be improved in the future.At the theoretical level,based on the S-O-R model,this paper applies risk perception theory and perceived value theory to the study of user communication behavior,which broadens the application fields of S-O-R model,risk perception and perceived value theory.At the application level,through questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis,this article quantitatively studies the degree of influence of various variables on information dissemination behavior,which can help online platforms and related departments to supervise the platform content in accordance with the relevant characteristics of false information and the psychological characteristics of the disseminators.Identify false information and take effective measures to avoid netizens and society cause greater harm,thereby purifying cyberspace and promoting the development of China's information society.
