Research On Information Dissemination And Governance Of Cyber Violence

With the development of network information technology,the Internet is gradually playing a more and more important role in people's work and life.The Internet brings convenience to people,meanwhile,the network violence behaviors become more and more.In recent years,the rapid rise of information platforms such as micro-blog and WeChat has exacerbated this trend.Network violence is not uncommon.Network violence not only violates the legitimate rights and interests of the parties,but also causes the law to be trampled,the social moral anomie and other consequences.It is not conducive to the establishment of a good social order.Due to the blind mentality of netizens,the interest driven by the network media,the social pressure and the lack of industry regulation,the internet violence has been generated.The content structure of this article is divided into the following parts: the introduction mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the study,which contains the related research on network violence,the main research content and the research methods of its application,and the foreign research on the gender research,age research,regional distribution research and the hypothesis of network violence.The domestic research includes the formation mechanism,behavior objects,governance measures and laws and regulations of network violence.The research methods include literature analysis,comparative research,case analysis and theoretical analysis.The second chapter includes the concept of network violence,the concept of information dissemination,the concept of governance and the related theories of network violence information dissemination.The definition and characteristics of network violence include the uncertainty of the main body,the operability of the process and the seriousness of the consequences.The theories related to network violence information dissemination include group psychology,political system theory,two level communication theory,"silent spiral" hypothesis,"use and satisfy" theory,kicking the cat effect and anonymous effect.Intelligence related theories include "public pond" governance theory,multicenter governance theory,four governance models and seamless government governance theory.The third chapter introduces the transmission mechanism of network violence,which is made up of disseminators,media,contents and recipients.In this chapter,we elaborate on the characteristics of each part,in order to determine the transmission path of network violence information,and lay a foundation for the following events analysis.In the fourth chapter,the social network analysis method is used to study the network violence of "Ruby Lin being black event".This paper analyzes the form and characteristics of the network violence from the network community map,the network density and the distance from the shortcut,the degree centrality,the cohesive subgroup and the individual position structure.The corresponding analysis results are obtained.In view of the above problems,the fifth chapter puts forward some solutions form the leading role of the opinion leaders,the positive function of the weak contacts and the strengthening of the communication management of the information intermediaries.The final conclusion is that network violence has become a new topic in the network information age.It is not easy to solve the problem.It is necessary to find out the causes of network violence according to the analysis of network violence.It is of great significance to promote the health of the network and reduce the probability of network violence.
