On the basis of e-learning and through the effective combination with mobile technology,mobile learning, which is considered to be an indispensable learning mode in the future, brings a new experience of learning anytime and anywhere to learners. The learning process of mobile learning cannot be equated with that of traditional learning and e-learning. Analysis ofmobile learning from perspective of traditional teaching and learning mode has been unable tosolve practical problems. Research on perspective of disseminating information hasimportant guiding significance on mobile learning.Under the guidance of the communication theory and combined with the actual situationof current mobile learning resource application and design, this paper studies impact factors inthe mobile learning process from the perspective of information communication theorythrough literature analysis, questionnaire and factor analysis, to provide reference in theimprovement of mobile learning strategy and the development of mobile learning.First of all, this paper introduces the domestic and international mobile learning, mobilelearning factors and the perspective of their research to do a comb and expositions, mobilelearning system elements of the basic composition and impact of mobile learning from theperspective of information dissemination, according to the impact of mobile learning elementsto develop the mobile learning influence factors;Secondly, the influence factors for mobile learning to develop the influencing factors ofmobile learning questionnaire; and then sent out questionnaires to empirical research onmobile learning and its influence factors to collect the questionnaire and survey data analysisand sorting, then get the conclusion of the investigation;Thirdly, this paper presents relevant recommendations on the influencing factorsoptimization of mobile learning from the perspective of information dissemination, and develops appropriate intervention strategies, providing a reference for future mobile learningactivities, the design and development of mobile resources, the use and select of removablemedia and mobile learning environment building.Finally, the mobile learning activities carried out to develop the awareness and habits ofmobile learning, improve the information literacy of mobile learning, stimulate and maintainthe mobile learning in mobile learning collaborative learning. Governments and educationinstitutions should to strengthen the attention and commitment to mobile learning. Payattention to the economy, applicable, convenient for mobile devices and wirelesscommunications networks, to improve the efficiency of the transfer of information resourcesand rendering to enhance mobile learning environment to create and support various services,construction, management and evaluation system. To carry out individual daily learning, thesocial environment and government support to the use of a scientific system of mobilelearning and promote its development.
