Research On The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Traditional Sports In Dalian City

Culture is the blood of a nation and the spiritual home of people.The intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports plays an important role in the excellent Chinese traditional cultures.In recent years,under the background that our country attaches great importance to the inheritance and development of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,the intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports has been paid attention to by experts and scholars again.Dalian of Liaoning Province is not only a modern sub-provincial city,but also the intersection of northeast culture and Qi-Lu culture.It is the important birthplace of Liaonnan culture and thus has a relatively rich intangible cultural heritage,including the intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports.Based on the theory of social ecology,this paper studies the protection of the intangible cultural heritage of Dalian traditional sports by applying the methods of literature,interview,field investigation,case study,and logic analysis.In detail,on the basis of sorting out the list of the intangible cultural heritage of Dalian traditional sports,the present situation of intangible cultural heritage protection of Dalian traditional sports is comprehensively understood.Meanwhile,taking the Dalian Wuxingtongbei quan and Jinzhou dragon dance as the case studies,this paper carries out the research and puts forward the targeted protection strategies,so as to provide reference for the protection of Dalian intangible cultural heritage of the traditional sports.Research conclusions:First,among the intangible cultural heritage projects of Dalian's traditional sports,most of them are martial arts,which are mainly concentrated in Jinzhou District of Dalian.Other districts do not dig deeply into the traditional sports culture within their jurisdiction.Second,The overall protection of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports in Dalian is good.The government has played a leading role.However,there are also problems such as the need to strengthen the operational capacity of the staff of the intangible cultural heritage protection departments,the inheritance dislocation phenomenon in the project,and the polarization of the infrastructures.Third,the protection situation of Dalian Wuxingtongbei quan is now in a very unpleasant situation,with the slow implementation of the protection works,the crisis of theinheritor echelon,and the obvious internal problems of the project which include: first,there are contradictions among the inheritors of the project.Second,the pseudo project inheritors over hype themselves.Third,there are divergences in the development of the technical system.Fourth,the protection of Jinzhou dragon dance is good.The government has played an important role.They planned to set up the children dragon dance team and took it as the characteristic course of the kindergarten.However,this project was restricted by the problems such as the lack of funds for the project development,the lack of professional development team and the old and dilapidated musical instruments.Fifth,there are some protective strategies for the intangible cultural heritage of Dalian traditional sports.Firstly,we should give play to the leading role of the government and improve the list selection mechanism.Secondly,we should protect and train the inheritors and pay attention to the construction of inheritor echelon.Thirdly,we should integrate the concept of educational inheritance and try to set up non-legacy courses.Fourthly,we should actively carry out academic researches and combine theory with practice.At last,we should explore the correct development mode and enhance the hematopoietic function of the project.Suggestions:First,the department of intangible cultural heritage protection in Dalian should take the initiative to make public the relevant documents on intangible cultural heritage protection,build Dalian intangible cultural heritage website,carry out oral history of the projects,and promote the construction of project venues and other basic protection work.Besides,supporting policies should be formulated,based on the present protection situation of intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports,to attract enterprises and social organizations to participate in the project.At the same time,it is suggested to combine the intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports projects with the local landscape to create the tourist lines,build a special tourism line for intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports,establish a fitness and health base for intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports,and form long-term protection plans such as name cards with urban characteristics.Second,the inheritors of Dalian intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports should adhere to the concept of developing and innovating in inheritance,have the vision and pattern of keeping pace with the times,renew the projects timely,and make full use ofletting intangible cultural heritage come into campus activities to try traditional intangible cultural heritage courses in primary and secondary schools as well as colleges.In addition,they may take the government as the media and contact actively with the business community and the academic community to properly develop and conduct scientific research on the projects.Also,they are supposed to provide the media with the information on intangible cultural heritage activities in time to expand the influence of the projects.
