Research On Tne Status Of Implementation And Countermeasures About The Standard Of Senior High School Sports And Health Curriculum(2017) In Jinan

After the promulgation and implementation of the physical health curriculum standards(2017),it has played a positive role in promoting the development of physical education in schools across the country.Based on the curriculum standard(2017),this study studies the current teaching conditions and basic situation of physical education and health course in jinan,the training situation of teachers,the cognition of each subject on the curriculum standard(2017)and the teaching status quo after the implementation of the curriculum standard(2017).By means of questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,50 physical education teachers and 720 students in six ordinary high schools in jinan city were investigated by questionnaire.Meanwhile,the leaders in charge of physical education were interviewed.In the process of survey,the actual school status and teaching status were understood through observation.The study found that the main problems of the physical education and health course in jinan city include the following aspects :(1)there are few physical education teachers with high academic qualifications and professional titles;The proportion of male and female teachers is unreasonable and the number of female teachers is obviously small.The site is not standard enough,the site facilities of some sports are insufficient,some of the site equipment is old,lack of management,equipment utilization rate is low;Neither teachers nor students have new textbooks;(2)school leaders and physical education teachers do not have a deep understanding of the curriculum standards(2017),and students have a serious lack of understanding of the curriculum standards(2017),with a single cognitive channel;(3)problems such as short training time,few training activities and excessively formalized training contents are the main problems for PE teachers in the training of curriculum standards(2017);(4)ignoring the formulation of teaching objectives and plans;(5)the teaching content and teaching methods of physical fitness module are not diversified enough,and mainly focus on track and field events;The growth of physical fitness is not sustainable;The teaching rate of health education module is low and the contents and methods are not novel enough.Compulsory elective sports are too traditional,emerging sports less;There are few after-school sports activities and lack of organization and management.(6)the teachingorganizational form is mainly option teaching within the grade,while other teaching organizational forms are less;(7)the teaching methods are too old and traditional,lack of innovation,and seldom use new media in the teaching process;(8)lack of a systematic evaluation system,the use of evaluation methods is not skilled,the evaluation content is relatively simple,the evaluation is too focused on the evaluation of sports skills,the lack of effective evaluation system and method for healthy behavior and sports morality.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are proposed :(1)strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and emphasize the proportion of female teachers in the recruitment of teachers.Relevant departments and schools should increase financial support to meet the needs of physical education and improve the management mechanism of sports facilities.Step up the compilation and distribution of new teaching materials;(2)school leaders and teachers should be aware of the curriculum standards(2017)and constantly study and learn;To strengthen the study and publicity of curriculum standards(2017);(3)strengthen teacher training.Related departments and schools to hierarchical batches,organize the training work,make sure you are able to within a certain amount of time is fixed,hold time,do it regularly,the training way to diversification,also pay attention to innovation,use less as far as possible some report forms of training mode,can use some of the open teaching mode,some experienced teachers in real teaching demonstration;(4)the school shall,in strict accordance with the requirements of curriculum standards(2017),formulate teaching objectives and plans suitable for the school,pay more attention to the teaching plans,and strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the teaching plans;(5)the physical fitness module should make corresponding teaching plans,learn from and use a variety of physical fitness training means to improve students’ physical fitness,and adopt small physical fitness training equipment,such as setting up special physical fitness class,soft ladder,directional cross-country,expansion activities,etc.;Make corresponding health education teaching plan,use video,wall chart,visit and other ways to improve the teaching effect,teachers should change their thinking,improve their professional quality,pay more attention to the interests of students,strengthen the development of the teaching plan,the school should establish the relevant assessment model.The school should attach importance to the importance of extracurricular sports activities and increase theinvestment in extracurricular sports facilities.Teachers should actively organize and guide extracurricular sports activities suitable for the school and the region,and establish a long-term effective extracurricular sports evaluation,supervision and encouragement system.(6)schools with conditions should have the courage to try and explore the other three options of teaching organization,so as to better meet the needs of students to choose projects and improve their interest in sports learning;(7)to be closely combined with the teaching objectives and teaching content,the students favorite sports curriculum,can increase the exercise intensity and teaching time,appropriately for the boring and compulsory open sports teaching projects,can be used in a discussion-based teaching method,heuristic and other modern teaching methods for teaching and further enhance students’ physical education learning the enthusiasm.To improve physical education teachers’ independent innovation ability,the courage to try and innovate different teaching methods,and improve students’ independent cooperative inquiry learning ability,departments and leaders at all levels should increase the communication and training among teachers in each school,so as to improve teachers’ innovation ability and teaching ability;(8)we should fully study and flexibly apply the four evaluation methods,pay more attention to the construction of the evaluation structure of students’ healthy behaviors and sports morality,so as to evaluate students in a more comprehensive way.PE teachers should change the main evaluation method of teacher evaluation,strengthen the mutual combination of various evaluation methods,improve the evaluation system,especially the evaluation of healthy behavior and sports morality.
