Research purposes:This article studies the effect of hypoxic exercise on the intestinal flora and immune function of obese rats,and provides data support for hypoxic exercise to improve the intestinal flora and regulate immune function of obese rats,so as to explore the hypoxia and fat loss Possible mechanism.Method:In this study,80 SD male rats were selected and divided into a normal diet control group(10)and a high-fat diet obesity model(70).During the modeling period,all rats were allowed to eat and drink freely.After 16 weeks,28 obese models were selected from the obese model to weigh more than 10% of the average weight of the control group,and the lee index was significantly higher than that of the control group.The random hypoxic exercise group(DY),normoxic exercise group(CY),normoxic quiet group(CA)and hypoxic quiet group(DA)were divided into 7 rats in each group.The duration of intervention was 5 weeks,during which the rats in each group ate normally.The rats in the DY and DA groups lived in a hypoxic tent for 8 hours daily(oxygen concentration: 13.6%,3500 m altitude).Among them,the DY group performed a 1-hour treadmill exercise in a low-oxygen environment for 8 hours at a speed of 20 m / min and exercised 6 times per week Times.CA and CY live in a normal environment.The CY group performs a 1-hour treadmill exercise at a speed of25 m / min and exercises 6 times a week.Morphological indicators such as body weight,body length,and lee index of rats before and after the intervention were tested.Test the intestinal flora and blood lipids of rats before and after the intervention,and the white blood cell count,total lymphocytes,interferon gamma(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),etc.Physiological indicators.Research result:(1)Before the exercise intervention,the weight and lee index of the obesity model were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05);after the exercise intervention,the weight,lee index,and fat coefficient of the exercise group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.01);DY The body weight,lee index,and fat coefficient of the group were the lowest;the CY group was the second,and the body weight of the DY group was significantly lower than that of the CY group(P <0.05).(2)Before the exercise intervention,the TG content in the obesity model was significantly higher than the control group,and the HDL-C content was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).After the exercise intervention,the TC,TG,and LDL-C content in the DY and CY groups were significantly lower than the CA group(P <0.05),the content of TC and TG in DA group was significantly lower than that in CA group,and HDL-C in DY group was significantly higher than that in CA group.(3)Before the exercise intervention,the white blood cell count,lymphocyte count,serum IFN-γ concentration of obesity modeling group were significantly higher than those of control group(p<0.05)before intervention,and serum IgG 、 IgM concentration was significantly lower than that of normal group(p<0.05);After the exercise intervention,the spleen quality of the DY and CY groups was significantly lower than that of the DA and CA groups(P <0.05),and the spleen quality of the DY group was significantly lower than that of the CY group(P <0.05);the white blood cell count and total lymphocytes of the DY and CY groups were significantly lower than those of the DY and CY groups.In the DA and CA groups,the white blood cell count and the total number of lymphocytes in the DY group were significantly lower than those in the CY group(P <0.05);the serum and spleen IFN-γ concentrations in the DY,CY,and DA groups were significantly lower than those in the CA group(P<0.05),and the DY group The serum and spleen IFN-γ concentrations were significantly lower in the CY and DA groups than in the CY and DA groups(P <0.05);the serum IgG and IgM concentrations in the DY,CY,and DA groups were significantly higher than those in the CA group(P <0.01),and the serum IgG and IgM concentrations in the DA group The serum IgG and IgM concentrations in the CY group were significantly higher than those in the DA group(P <0.01),and the serum IgG and IgM concentrations in the DY group were significantly higher than those in the CY group(P <0.05).(4)Before the exercise intervention,the abundance of Clostridia,Clostridiales,Lachnospiraceae,and Abdominosa in the intestinal obesity model was significantly increased.The chao index and the ace index were significantly reduced.Compared with the CA group,after the exercise intervention,compared with the CA group,intestinal Deltaproteobacteria(δ Proteobacteria),Deferribacteres,Deferribacterales,Lachnospiraceace Mycorrhizidae),Deferribacteracceae(Agrobacteriaceae)abundance increased significantly,Bacilli(Bacillus)abundance significantly decreased.Lactobacillales are significantly reduced.Lactobacillaeae(Lactobacillus)abundance decreased significantly,ace index increased significantly;compared with the CA group,Bacteroidia(Bacteroides),Coriobacteriia(Delta),Bacteroidales in the intestinal tract of the DY group(Bacteroides),Micrococcales,Coriobacteriales,Muribaculaceae,Family_XIII,Eggerthellaceae,Lachnospiraceace,and Bacilli(bacillus)Bacillus),Lactobacillales(Lactobacillus),Bacillales(Staphylococcus),Staphylcoccaceae(Lactobacillaceae),Lactobacillaceae(Lactobacillus)abundance significantly decreased,chao index,ace index,Shannon index increased significantly,simpson index Compared with the CY group,the intestinal flora of the intestinal tract in the DY group was classified as Bacteroidia(Bacteroides),Coriobacteriia(Delta),Deltap-roteobacteria(δ Proteobacteria),Bacteroidales(Pseudomonas Bacteroides),Bacteroidaceae,Muribacaceae,Tannerrllaceae abundance increased significantly,Bacilli(Spore Proteobacteria),Aerococcaceae(gas cocci Branch),saccharimonadaceae abundance significantly reduced.Conclusion:(1)5-week hypoxic exercise intervention has a better effect of reducing fat and weight than regular oxygen exercise.(2)The 5-week hypoxic exercise intervention can better improve the immune function of obese rats and reduce body inflammation than normal oxygen exercise.(3)5-week normoxic exercise intervention can increase the intestinal flora richness of obese rats,and 5-week hypoxic exercise intervention can increase the intestinal flora richness and diversity of obese rats.
