Objective: the author of this dissertation explores the difference between the intestinal microbial community composition and functional composition in diversity of athletes and the ordinary people,and even the difference between and the different competitive level(i.e.,performance)athletes.Meanwhile,the relationships between intestinal flora and the athletes’ diet,body structure as well as sport ability was analyzed.Methods: Recruiting 20 normal college students and 17 competitive aerobics athletes in this study,a total of 337 stool samples were collected.The16 S rRNA genes of the intestinal samples were sequenced,and the sequencing data was processed with bioinformatics methods to acquiring the microbial community composition and functional composition of the intestinal microbial community.Besides,the diet intake data was collected and even the physical characteristics and motor performance was also record for this study.Furthermore,enterotype analysis based on method JSD was applied to the intestinal microbial community composition data,and then the relationships between the intestinal microbial enterotypes and the dietary factors,the physical characteristics as well as the motor performance was explored.Results: 1.Compared with the control group of college students,the competitive aerobics group had higher relative abundance of Bacteroides and lower Actinobaceria.2.The intestinal microbial community structure of the competitive aerobics athletes group was different from that of the general control group in terms of taxonomical and functional composition.3.Elite competitive aerobics athletes and non-elite athletes have obvious differences in species network degree distribution and node distribution;and the network of non-elite athletes is more stable than that of elite athletes.4.Mantel test and CAP results show that(1)among the influencing factors of athletes’ physical structure characteristics,the total energy consumption and basal metabolic rate of the human body are the main driving factors,which are closely related to the classification structure and functional structure.(2)among the influencing factors of athletes’ dietary habits,seafood,fruit,frying or barbecue are the main driving factors,which are closely related to athletes’ classification structure and functional structure.(3)among the influencing factors of athletes’ immune markers,hemoglobin and red blood cells are the main driving factors,which are closely related to the classification and functional structure of athletes.(4)among the factors of athletes’ athletic quality and ability,sit-ups,reaction time and relative anaerobic power are the main driving factors,which are closely related to classification structure and functional structure.Conclusion: 1.The intestinal microflora structure of college students is significantly different from that of competitive aerobics athletes.2.Elite competitive aerobics athletes and non-elite competitive aerobics athletes also have significant differences in intestinal flora structure.3.Different intestinal flora structure may affect sports performance. |
