The promulgation and implementation of the General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)and the Chinese College Entrance Examination Evaluation System(2020 Edition)provide a strong basis for senior high school mathematics teaching. The teaching philosophy of mathematics gradually attaches importance to the improvement of basic literacy and ability, and space As an important component of mathematical ability and intuitive imagination, imagination is particularly important for the development of students.Through literature review and analysis,it is found that in the past, the cultivation of spatial imagination was mostly considered from the perspective of design, geography,or from the perspective of mathematical education, but it was not systematic and comprehensive and detailed.Less contact. The research is based on the teaching thought of "learning, thinking and practice".From the three stages of "learning, thinking and practice",it examines the current development of students' spatial imagination, analyzes its influencing factors, and determines teaching suggestions for solid geometry courses.By adopting research methods such as literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, and data analysis method, relevant concepts are analyzed and defined, and the high school students' spatial imagination ability is determined based on the new curriculum standards, examination outlines, and reference to previous research results. The requirements of the three stages were used as the basis for preparing the test papers, and 290 senior students were randomly selected from the provincial key high schools for testing. We learned the current development status of spatial imagination of high school students:(1)At the "learning" stage,Students do not understand the basic knowledge thoroughly, ignore the expansion of knowledge, and are not skilled in language conversion.(2)At the "thinking" stage, students lack the ability to construct geometric representations,face-to-face conversion is difficult,problem-solving thinking methods are single, and mathematical thinking methods are not penetrated deeply.(3)At the "practice" stage, students are lacking in image recognition, identification, and drawing, especially the ability to accurately map and solve problems based on the nature of the graphics needs to be improved, and the practice of applying the knowledge learned is less.Selecting a representative six students and three teachers for interviews, combined with the current student development status and interview results,we learned that the teaching factors that affect students' spatial imagination ability are:(1)At the "learning" stage, teachers analyze concepts Not enough attention was paid to knowledge development, and lack of training on three language conversions.Students do not value non-exam points.(2)In the "thinking" stage, teachers did not pay attention to the development of divergent thinking, too much emphasis on memory and knowledge, insufficient guidance for students to understand, did not gradually form mathematical thinking, and insufficient training in the transformation of graphics.(3)In the "practice" stage, the teacher does not have high requirements for drawing, and the recognition training and combination operation of combination drawing have fewer opportunities and are not closely related to the actual life. After analyzing the teaching influencing factors, the corresponding teaching suggestions are put forward for the above problems:(1)In the "learning" stage, background knowledge learning is introduced to expand the breadth and depth of knowledge, explore the nature of knowledge, and strengthen language conversion training.(2)In the "thinking" phase, cultivate divergent thinking, form geometric representations, and pay attention to the mutual conversion between plane and solid.(3)In the "practice" phase, improve students' ability to recognize, map, and operate.Use multimedia to enhance geometric intuition, integrate theory with practice, and improve their ability to solve problems. It is hoped that related research will have a significant effect on the development of high school students' spatial imagination.
