This article is a case study report of Shanghai X school and W school.The purpose of this study is to describe the influencing factors of the construction of teacher management culture in international schools,analyze the problems,summarize the reasons behind the problems,and propose solutions.With the progress of the times,the development of international schools has received more and more attention,and has become the focus of education.The school's demand for its own development is also increasing,constantly seeking selfimprovement and transcendence.However,at present,the management level of teachers in international schools varies greatly,and the management level of teachers in many schools lags far behind the established management goals,and there are endless problems of teacher management culture.The research object of this paper is that X school is outstanding in the wave of the rise of international schools.The school development has entered a mature period and has achieved many excellent results,but it also exposed many problems in teacher management;W school has more than ten In the course of the year's reform and exploration,development has been slow,and it is in a bottleneck period of development,and teacher management problems are endless.In this study,school X and school W are used as the case schools for in-depth comparison and analysis of various aspects of the teacher management culture of the two international schools.Problem,use the glacial model to analyze the reasons behind the problem,and put forward suggestions to solve the problem of teacher management culture in international schools.This article uses a qualitative research method to understand the current situation and problems of teacher management culture in international schools by means of document sorting,text analysis,daily observation and in-depth interviews.Among them,taking X schools and W schools in Shanghai as examples,ethnographic surveys were conducted on schools X and W.On the basis of considering the maneuverability,typicality,representativeness and difference,a total of 8 teachers from school X and 6 teachers from school W were selected for in-depth interviews,and the phenomenon of teacher management culture on campus was observed simultaneously.problem.The survey found that the problems in the management of teachers in international schools include: inaccurate positioning of teacher management concepts,lack of rationality in teacher management systems,teachers' enthusiasm and initiative in participating in the construction of school teacher management culture,and conflicts between Chinese and foreign teachers..The causes of these four problems can be summarized as: lack of reference and guidance for the construction of teacher management culture,lack of recognition of school teacher management concepts,inappropriate formulation and use of teacher incentive measures,and inevitable cultural differences and conflicts between China and foreign countries.Finally,in order to improve these problems,the author gives suggestions on solutions from three levels: the superior authority,school administrators and individual teachers.
