The booming development and continuous iteration of mobile Internet technology have spawned the rise of community learning as a new kind of adult learning.More and more adults are being involved.But what exactly is community learning? What does it look like now? How do adults learn in it? These issues are the focus of this study.Firstly,this study conducted literature research from the perspectives of "community" and "learning" to clarify the scope of research;Further,based on the research findings and theoretical interpretations,learning types,learning purposes,learning content,learning characteristics,learning ecology of community learning method were explored;Then,this study analyzed and described the adult community learning behaviors,an adult community learning(ACL)behaviors framework based on theory and practice was built.And then the above main research results were verified in a real adult community learning situation,while supplementing the understanding of the current state of community learning.This study uses interviews,participatory observations,and questionnaires to obtain data,and used qualitative content analysis to analyze the data.The research finds that:(1)From the perspective of andragogy,community learning is not just informal learning,but both non-formal and informal learning;(2)There are three main purposes for adult community learning: improvement,empowerment,self-cultivation;(3)The content of community learning is all-encompassing;(4)The characteristics of community learning are duality,sociability,knowledge sinking and interaction barrier-free,fragmented but efficient and simple,open and free but high self-demanding;(5)The “3+1+1” elements framework of community learning ecology is proposed,and further,the community learning ecology is pictured.(6)The ACL behaviors framework is constructed,including three kinds of interaction: wayfinding,sensemaking and innovation;and learning behaviors in nine kinds of pattern: the connection of information,the connection of people,discussion,sharing,reflection and summary,integration,decision-making,remixing and artifact creation.The above main research results have passed the confirmatory analysis with the programmer as the survey object,which has certain validity and universality.At the end of this paper,some suggestions are provided for the outstanding problems in adult community learning practice,and the research and community learning are reflected and prospected.This study,as an academic research to track the hotspots of the times,provides some theoretical guidance for future research on community learning.And the research content is closely linked with practice,to a certain extent,it can facilitate and optimize adult community learning,and help to draw up a blueprint for lifelong learning that "everyone can learn everywhere and ever".
