Objective: Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China is a minority area,or the first football experimental base in China.It has unique advantages in the development of physical education in characteristic schools and Mongolian schools,further understanding the current situation of physical education in junior middle schools of Mongolian in Xing'an League,and the relationship between physical exercise,life satisfaction and psychological capital of junior middle school students of Mongolian in Xing'an League ? It can provide theoretical basis for the physical education of Mongolian Junior Middle School in Xing'an League,improve the quality of physical education of minority junior middle school,and provide reference for the physical education of junior middle school in minority areas.Methods: the research was carried out by means of fieldwork,interview,questionnaire and data analysis.1.Field investigation: from October 9 to October 16,2019,field investigation was carried out in six Mongolian Junior Middle Schools of Horqin Right Wing Front Banner,Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner and zalait banner of Xing'an League.2.Interview: Interview with PE teachers in 6 schools.3.Questionnaire survey: a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students,including "psychological capital scale,life satisfaction scale(SWLS)and physical exercise scale(PARS-3)".A total of 800 questionnaires were issued,and 591 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.4.data analysis: 591 valid questionnaires were analyzed.Results: in the investigation,we know that the daily sports activities of Mongolian Junior Middle School Students in Xing'an League are rich and colorful,and the sports facilities of the school can basically meet the application of students.According to the standard of sports grade scoring,there are 199 students with small amount of sports,accounting for 33.7% of the total number;201 students with medium amount of sports,accounting for 34% of the total number;191 students with large amount of sports,accounting for 32.3% of the total number.The number of the three sports grades of "small,medium and large" of Mongolian Junior Middle School Students in Xing'an League is basically similar.According to the results of data analysis,before the psychological capital variable was added,the standardized regression coefficient of sports to life satisfaction was 0.134,with significant difference(P<0.01).After the psychological capital variable was added,the standardized regression coefficient of sports to psychological capital was 0.306,with a significant difference(P<0.01);at this time,the standardized regression coefficient of psychological capital to life satisfaction was 0.336,with a significant difference(P<0.01),and the standardized regression coefficient of sports to life satisfaction was 0.031,which was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.School teaching,field equipment,organized sports activities and after-school training can basically meet the needs of students for sports;2.The amount of physical exercise is positively correlated with life satisfaction and psychological capital;3.Before the psychological capital was added,the amount of physical exercise of junior high school students had a direct impact on their life satisfaction.After the psychological capital was added,the amount of physical exercise affected their life satisfaction through psychological capital,which played a completely intermediary role in the relationship between the amount of physical exercise and life satisfaction.
