This paper takes the 2016 tennis elective class of social sports major in wuhan university of physical education as an example,and adopts the teaching experiment method to divide the students into the experimental group and the control group,in which the experimental group is taught by the "guidance-mutual aid-discussion" teaching method,and the control group is taught by the traditional teaching method.In the past to "guide-mutual aid-" teaching method based on theoretical study,"lead-mutual aid-" teaching method conforms to the humanistic education theory,construct doctrine study theory,social interdependence theory and partners of mutual theory and other theoretical basis,highlight teachers guide students,students take the initiative to mutual learning,discusses the characteristics of the problem.Combined with the actual situation of the students in the tennis elective class of wuhan university of physical education and the standard of the tennis elective course of wuhan university of physical education,the two groups of students were taught the tennis technique of forehand topspin,two-handed backhand topspin and peace service.The purpose of applying the "guidance-mutual assistance-discussion" teaching method in the teaching of tennis technique is to find a more effective teaching mode of tennis technique,so that students can master the basic tennis technique more skillfully.This paper adopts the methods of literature,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to carry out experimental research on the "guidance-mutual aid-discussion" teaching method in tennis teaching.Through the comparison of the data after the experiment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the forehand topspin technique,the two-handed backhand topspin technique and the flat serve technique.The experimental group also showed significant improvement in subjective exercise experience and communicative competence.After the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:First,"guidance-mutual aid-discussion" teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in improving students' tennis skillsThe teaching method of "guidance--mutual assistance--discussion" avoids the situation of "eating a big pot" in the traditional teaching method.The teacher gives reasonable guidance according to the teaching focus and difficulties.The students help each other in group exercises,seek for key problems and give timely feedback to the teacher.Teachers and students continue to communicate and discuss the teaching tasks,so that each student can get their own development.Second,the "guidance-mutual assistance-discussion" teaching method has changed the subjective exercise experience of students"Guidance-mutual aid-discussion" teaching method with "students as the main body" will bring each student into the classroom teaching to meet their emotional experience,give full play to the main role of students,improve the enthusiasm.It is distinguished from the traditional teaching with "teacher as the main body".Third,the "guide-help-discuss" teaching method enhances the students' communicative ability"Guidance-mutual aid-discussion" teaching method provides a harmonious learning environment for students.In the "guide-mutual aid-discussion" teaching method,students are encouraged to communicate with each other and assist each other,to find the key issues,learn from each other,so that students can actively participate in teaching activities.
