Research On The Construction Path Of Sports And Leisure Featured Towns In China Under The Perspective Of Industrial Agglomeration Theory

Under the background of national fitness,sports gradually become normal,casual and all-citizen,and sports and leisure featured towns have become an important carrier and grip for the development of sports industry.The starting point of this study is how to promote the process of new-type urbanization,promote the integrated development of related industries,highlight the value of industrial agglomeration in towns,and stimulate the sports consumption of residents through the construction and development of sports and leisure featured towns.This study is expected to explore the effective path for the construction of sports and leisure featured towns in China on the basis of the industrial aggregation theory and the analysis of typical cases.This research to our country sports and leisure featured towns as research object,using literature,case analysis,expert interviews and other research methods,briefly analyze characteristic towns,sports characteristic towns and sports and leisure featured towns,the basic concept of sports leisure characteristic town,combing the domestic and foreign scholars about the new urbanization,sports and leisure featured towns,related research.This paper analyzes the development course of industrial agglomeration theory and the internal logic of industrial agglomeration,and further discusses the formation mechanism of industrial agglomeration in sports and leisure featured towns.From the four aspects of distribution,town type,development mode and feature analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development status of sports and leisure featured towns in China,and summarizes the problems of sports and leisure featured towns in China at the government level,investors level and consumers level.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,this study further summarizes the high-end elements of sports and leisure featured towns industry gathering: sports high-end industry,senior sports talents,sports brand events,social capital,innovation platform.Taking the "naked center" special sports and leisure featured town of moganshan as a typical case,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the town from three aspects: basic conditions,industrial characteristics and spatial layout,andsummarizes the successful experience of the town: core industry aggregation,reasonable functional layout and high-end element matching.Combined with the successful experience of the industrial agglomeration theory and the case analysis,this paper explores the construction path of the sports and leisure featured towns in China,the mode of construction path of sports and leisure featured towns in China is summarized,and the construction path of sports and leisure featured towns in China is summarized as follows : gather the core sports industry to form the external development pattern;Optimize industrial location distribution and build industrial spatial carrier;Enhance the importance of the government,put forward leading industrial planning;Gather high-quality core elements and establish sustainable competitive advantages;Stimulate the town sports consumption,innovation experience consumer products.The further research will be carried out on the theoretical basis,practical construction and other aspects to analyze the internal logic between sports and leisure featured towns and industrial clusters in a more detailed way.Furthermore,the construction path of the sports and leisure featured towns is tested in practice.
