| As the deepening development of the ideology and education work in our country,the cultivation of students’ ideological and political accomplishments are more and more being valued by the Party committee of so many colleges.To do a good job in college students’ ideological and political work,not only the various systems in colleges and universities should make concerted efforts,but also the leaders in student groups —— student cadres should play an exemplary role.At present,many colleges pay great attention to the election and usage of students’ leaders,while they would easily ignore the cultivation and enhance of their qualities.Using methods of survey and interview,taking Beijing Sport University as examples,this article focuses on the cultivation of student cadres.After having surveys and interviews with students doing diverse work and teachers who take part in management of students’ affair,some valuable data was collected.With the method of comparative analysis and a large amount of data analysis,following problems was shown.For schools,the aim of student cadres’ cultivation is not clear enough,and its method is one source only.Besides,the content is not colorful enough.For students,some do not have an accurate self-positioning,some student cadres have trouble communicating with other students,else are stressed out and fail to finish their school work.These problems are increasingly becoming the restraint of student cadres to work well.The fundamental strategies,which aimed at problems of the cultivation of the sport colleges student cadres that have been researched were: the sport colleges should improve their objections,methods and contents of their student cadres’ cultivation from now on.In particular,is to develop practical training objectives,in order to increase the comprehensive quality of student cadre oriented;Training way to innovation,make full use of the role of new media,interact in a timely manner;To expand the training content,timely add the content of the development of sports and sports spirit accumulation,And pay attention to play to the role of student cadre in practice.By cultivating student cadres’ theoretical standard and let them participate into the activities of student management,being tested in some specific practical activities.By doing these things,finally improve their work ability and comprehensive quality.Finally,give students the opportunity to practice,clear their own mission,and constantly improve their own quality. |
