Research On Interpersonal Communication Of College Students In The New Era

The commonality and continuity of human cultural activities indicate that there is an inescapable mutual relation between human individuals,which is the social relation of human beings.People are the sum of all social relations,and the maintenance of social relations should be realized through interpersonal communication activities.Communication is a unique social activity and way of existence of human beings.The harmonious interpersonal relationship has an important influence on the healthy growth of college students in the new era.It is important for college students to establish the right interpersonal relationship.In the new era,college students born after 1995 are mainly born after 1995.Most of them grow up in the mode of "4-2-1" one-child family.They are pampered since childhood and have defects in character.In addition,due to the influence of globalization,the political,economic and cultural ties between China and the world are increasingly close,and the diversified values are introduced into China.In addition,the increasingly close political,economic and cultural ties between China and other countries in the world due to the globalization trend make the development trend of diversified values come true in China.Therefore,the above objective conditions have an important impact on college students' values,and at the same time,under the influence of the Internet,college students cannot correctly handle the relationship between the virtual and the real.To sum up,these factors lead to some problems in interpersonal communication among college students in the new era,which makes interpersonal disharmony among college students in the new era occur from time to time.These problems involve the concept,content and behavior of college students' communication in the new era.College students in the new era are the generation connecting the past and the future of the country,undertaking the historical mission and the future of the motherland,as well as an important force for national prosperity and social development.To solve the problem of interpersonal communication among college students is not only conducive to the overall development of college students but also to the progress of the country and society.Therefore,it is particularlyimportant to study the interpersonal communication problems of college students,analyze the manifestations and causes of the problems from the perspective of marxist philosophy,and finally put forward the improvement measures.In this paper,guided by the marxist communication theory to other communication theory as the guide,at home and abroad in the new era of college students' interpersonal relationship as the research object,using literature analysis and comprehensive analysis of the new era of college students' interpersonal problems and causes were analyzed,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,to help new era college students solve problems and difficulties in interpersonal communication,so that the new era of college students to establish the harmonious interpersonal relationship.In addition to the introduction,this paper consists of five parts.The first part mainly expounds the relevant concepts of interpersonal communication problems of college students in the new era,and analyzes the main characteristics of college students in the new era: strong self-consciousness,weak collective characteristics of the interpersonal communication of college students in the new era,such as the richness of communication content,the technology of communication media and the equality of communication subjects.The second part mainly expounds the importance of establishing good interpersonal relationship.Conducive to the embodiment of college students' human nature;It is beneficial for college students to undertake the new historical mission.The third part discusses the theory of interpersonal communication.It mainly includes: Marx's theory of communication,habermas' s theory of communication,the idea of interpersonal harmony in traditional Chinese culture,maslow's theory of needs.The fourth part combines the background of The Times with the characteristics of college students in the new era to analyze the performance and causes of their interpersonal communication problems.The problems of interpersonal communication of college students in the new era are as follows: first,the "utilitarianism" of the communication motive,the communication purpose is not simple,the emphasis is on material communication,and the egoism is serious.The reason is the influence of value pluralism and decadent culture such as utilitarianism,hedonism and money worship.The second is the egocentrism of the individual,which is caused by the influence of family education and the lack of consciousness of intersubjectivity among college students in the new era.The third is the virtualization of communication means,and the fourth is the symbolization and digitization of communication subjects.Fifth,the alienation of communication relations is mainly reflected in the alienation of three kinds of relations between students and students,students and teachers,and students and parents.The reason lies in the insufficient education of interpersonal communication in school and the insufficient attention of communication education in family.In the fifth part,special countermeasures are put forward to solve these problems,and corresponding measures are made in the four aspects of society,family,school and students.The first is to build a harmonious interpersonal social atmosphere and network atmosphere.Secondly,colleges and universities carry out interpersonal communication education for college students by means of communication concept education,communication ability cultivation and psychological counseling.The third is by creating a harmonious family atmosphere and parents to set an example for their children.Finally,college students improve their communication ability by establishing correct communication concepts,actively participating in social practice activities and clarifying the contradiction between real communication and virtual communication.
