Adolescence is an important stage of individual self-development,and junior high school students who are in adolescence have undergone tremendous changes.When junior high school students have interpersonal problems during their social development,some psychological problems will arise.Loneliness is a kind of bad subjective experience that arises from interpersonal relationships.Long-term loneliness can lead to adolescents' maladjustment.In addition,some studies have shown that good interpersonal relationships can affect the development of junior high school students' self-esteem,and self-esteem has a certain effect on loneliness of junior high school students.In 2017,more than 10% of the national compulsory education students in China were left-behind children in rural areas.At present,there is less research on the interpersonal problems,self-esteem and loneliness of these rural junior high school students.Therefore,this study takes junior high school students from a rural middle school in Guizhou as the research participants,and explores the relationship between interpersonal problems,self-esteem,and loneliness in Study 1,and examines the mediating effects of self-esteem between interpersonal problems and loneliness;further In Study 2,we designed appropriate interpersonal relationship psychological group counseling to intervene and test whether improving their interpersonal problems can improve their self-esteem and loneliness.On the basis of literature analysis,this study firstly used questionnaires to use the Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Scale,the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale and the UCLA Loneliness Scale.Of 520 junior high school students(male: 270,female: 250)conducted the survey.The status and relationship of interpersonal distress,loneliness and self-esteem of junior high school students were discussed,and the intermediary role of self-esteem in interpersonal distress on the loneliness of junior high school students was analyzed.Secondly,the use of educational experiment method Randomly select the experimental group(N = 24)and the control group(N = 27).Group psychological counseling intervention based on the improvement of interpersonal self-esteem was conducted in the experimental group(a total of 13 times for three months);while the control group did not accept any group psychological counseling(including mental health)on interpersonal relationships and self-esteem Education class).After all interventions were completed,the two groups were post-tested for interpersonal distress,self-esteem and loneliness to explore the impact of group psychological counseling based on interpersonal self-esteem improvement on junior middle school students' loneliness.(1)Junior high school boys have a higher level of interpersonal distress and loneliness than girls,and a lower level of self-esteem;lower grade junior high school students have higher interpersonal distress than higher grade junior high school students;interpersonal distress is related to negative self-esteem and positive to loneliness Related,and self-respect plays a partial mediating role between interpersonal distress and loneliness.(2)Group psychological counseling intervention based on the improvement of interpersonal self-esteem has a positive effect on the sense of loneliness of junior high school students.According to the conclusion of this study,corresponding educational countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of school mental health education and student self-education.
