Apprenticeship system has played an important role in the education system.In 1937,the America Congress passed the National Apprenticeship Act,which had a decisive impact on the development of American modern apprenticeships.After decades of continuous development and improvement,the America has formed a unique modern apprenticeship system.At present,China's modern apprenticeship system is still in the exploration period.And,there are still many problems in our country's modern apprenticeship system.Therefore,the article focuses on the historical formation reform measures and problems in the development process of American modern apprenticeship system,and strives to extract advanced,reasonable ideas and development experience from the American experience for China's modern apprenticeship system,and also to provide reference for development of modern vocational education.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the historical development process of American apprenticeship system.The second chapter introduces the basic operation of modern apprenticeship system in America.The paper holds that the modern apprenticeship system in America is perfect.The third chapter introduces the reform of American modern apprenticeship system.It holds that the reforms of American apprenticeship system are worth learning.The fourth chapter introduces the dilemma of modern apprenticeship system.It found that the modern apprenticeship system exist three major practical problems.The last chapter,based on the above-mentioned research,draws scientific and reasonable experience from it,and provides effective reference for the modernization of vocational education and the reform of the apprenticeship system in China.
