| With the rapid development of big data,all industries are constantly relying on big data to carry out internal reform and development.It is the consensus of social development to process big data based on the collection,sorting and utilization of big data.As an educator,the use of data has attracted the attention of education and society.As an extension of Information Literacy,Data Literacy was first proposed by Shields in Information Literacy,Statistical Literacy and Data Literacy in 2004,and has gradually received attention from researchers in the fields of management and education.Data literacy mainly refers to the ability of individuals to scientifically and accurately understand,manipulate and apply data in order to fully explore its hidden value.As the core participants in the data-driven teaching era,teachers should not only have solid professional skills,but also have good data literacy,so as to fully explore the hidden value in educational data,and then make scientific educational decisions to improve the quality of education and teaching.As a new content of information literacy in the era of big data,teachers' data literacy has gradually attracted the attention of educational researchers and practitioners at home and abroad.This paper mainly introduces the cultivation strategies of American teachers' data literacy,and clarifies the four parts of data literacy policy construction,training and assessment,hardware construction and cultural construction in the United States.Policies on the construction from the teachers' quality policy act,perfecting standard policy and detailed data education investment policy under three perspectives were discussed,and the hardware construction system,mainly from the data exchange platform,resource package for detailed instructions,training assessment strategies from strengthening training of data processing,improve the teachers' qualification certification standards and the assessment of teaching evaluation mechanism are analyzed,and the national data culture construction strategy is from leadership value and data of the wind spirit.Then with data integration analysis of actual case American teachers literacy cultivation objectives,methods,process,result,system integrity to illustrate the application of data quality value and maneuverability,finally lead to the development of the enlightenment for China,it is concluded that emphasis on cultivating pre-service teachers data integrity,upgrade the database infrastructure,more professional training to strengthen the construction of teacher's data literacy cultivation culture,the data quality in normal education system in the enlightenment.This paper believes that the analysis of American teachers' data literacy can provide necessary theoretical basis and teaching practice guidance to some extent for the analysis of Chinese teachers' data literacy. |
