Research On The Dynamics Of The Development Process Of Urban Grassroots Running Group

Running is the most economical way to exercise,and the number of urban residents running in groups and self-organizing running groups is increasing.In order to explore the dynamic factors of the development process of Fuzhou “urban grassroots” running group,this study is based on the investigation of about 470 members of the “Love Run Group” and “Fresh Clothes Run Horse Run Group” organized by Fuzhou City.The field data were collected by participatory observation,in-depth interview and text analysis,and the collected data were analyzed by the open coding method of rooted theory.Based on the open coding process of grounded theory,the collected materials are conceptually coded and analyzed line by line,and 62 original concepts are obtained after eliminating the concept of repetition and irrelevance.After further integrating the concepts,29 concept categories are obtained;On the basis of sexual coding,the main concept categories are developed into 17 sub-categories and 8 main categories.Finally,the core is analyzed systematically to analyze the relationship between the core categories and other hierarchical concept categories.The concept category is defined as“the driving force for the development of Fuzhou City Grassroots Running Group”.Through the categorization of rooted theory concept coding,the driving factors for promoting the development of Fuzhou urban grassroots running group mainly include individual internal needs,common field,group identity,group norms,government guidance,software promotion,marathon "heat radiation" and business.Boost,and according to the attribution of its system elements,it is divided into endogenous power and external thrust.At the same time,Tuckman's team was used to develop four stages(formation stage,turbulence stage,specification stage and execution stage)model to analyze the dynamics of the development process of Fuzhou City Grassroots Run Group.The research shows that 1)the source of power in the formation stage of Fuzhou urban grassroots running group is mainly the external thrust,which promotes the marathon“heat radiation” phenomenon generated by the main external power government led by the running group,and the running behavior of people.It has the function of cohesion and integration,so that people can produce the consistency of psychological cognition in the common running communication,that is,the common values,and then form the running group;2)the development of the turbulent stage is mainly due to the difference between the individual's internal needs and the group's development goals.The resulting imbalance within the group promotes the development of the runninggroup toward a stable state in which the internal structure tends to be consistent.The development of the running group will undergo the process of“balance-unbalance-balance”;3)the development of the normative stage is mainly the group.The internal structure and the value and concept identification of the members of the group play an important role in the regulation and development of the running group.4)The development of the implementation stage is mainly the commercialization of “ self-involvement ” from the external thrust gradually changing to the internal development motivation.The factor is an effective driving force for the development of the group towards the social group.
