This paper studies the literature of mobile learning,blended learning and so on,and holds that blended learning combines the advantages of traditional face teaching with network digital teaching,which can not only give full play to the leading role of teachers,but also reflect the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of learners as the main body of the learning process,and is more suitable for primary and secondary education.The author designed a detailed research plan,the whole study is divided into three steps.First,taking constructivism theory,unicom theory,Group learning theory under the network environment and the law of media choice as the basis of theoretical research,through the questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers and students all over the country,we have mastered the understanding,existing experience and application level of teachers and students in mobile teaching,It highlights the problem of the design of O2 O mobile teaching mode and clarifies the direction.Secondly,through technical study and teaching practice,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and characteristics of different types of blended learning tools,summarizes the ways and methods of applying hybrid learning tools to mobile teaching,and designs and puts forward a O2 O mobile teaching model based on blended learning theory,which not only plays the advantages of network teaching,but also highlights the subjectivity of traditional teaching,and clarify the relationship between network teaching and traditional teaching and the division of labor.Using the network as the link and analyzing the data as the carrier,the original relatively independent pre-class,class and after-school parts are finally built into a gradual,complementary teaching model which can be promoted integrally.Thirdly,taking "WeChat platform" and "live classroom" as examples,this paper demonstrates the validity of O2 O mobile teaching mode through an example analysis,and makes an objective analysis of the significance and limiting factors of the model.In a comprehensive way,based on blended learning theory,O2 O mobile teaching which can break the limitation of time and space,is a supplement to traditional teaching,injecting new vitality into traditional education in primary and secondary schools,helping to improve teachers' teaching level and information literacy.It can effectively promote educational equity,and is worthy of active exploration by the majority of educators.
