Abstract/Summary:
Objective: In this study,through the intervention of different sports trainings for students of all grades in Ning Bo Jiang Bei Experimental Primary School,the changes of the related indicators of physical fitness test of children before and after training were investigated,and whether the training of different primary school students in different projects promoted the physical condition of primary school students was discussed.The improvement of sensitive period theory shows that in the process of adolescent development,the speed of various sports quality rises and their corresponding growth and development sensitive periods show a positive correlation,if at this stage,the scientific system continues to be dedicated to these sports qualities.Training,the development speed of sports quality can not only improve,but even the corresponding space of each corresponding quality will increase.Therefore,reasonable exercise training at this stage will have a certain improvement on the physical quality of young primary students and the design of school physical education and health courses.Guiding significance.This thesis aims to train students in lower ages to explore more reasonable and effective physical exercise methods,in order to better guide students to extracurricular physical exercise,enrich their after-school life,develop hobbies and interests,and promote the physical form of primary school students.Balanced development of function,performance and sports quality to strengthen students' physique.Methods: Monitor the different project training of primary school students in Grade 1 to Grade 3 of Jiang Bei Experimental Primary School in Ning Bo City,and observe the impact of different sports on the physical fitness to primary school students,in order to explore how to exercise scientifically.The items are tracked and field,badminton,football and swimming.The number of students in each project is 10 in each grade.At the same time,there are 10 students in each grade(no sports training,only normal sports activities).16-week training and monitoring,according to the revised National Student Health Standards in 2014,the body-related indicators of first-and third-grade students were tested before the experiment,and the national student physique health data management and analysis system software was used for data management.And analysis,combined with Microsoft Exce2017 for raw data storage and pre-processing,R program for data analysis.Results:(1)Body shape: After 16 weeks of training,the first-grade students showed significant increase in height and weight before and after the experiment(P<0.05).The difference in height between the badminton team,the football group and the swimming group was significant compared with the control group.(P<0.05),but the track and field group was not significantly different from the control group.There was no significant difference in the weight between the track and field group,the badminton team,the soccer team,the swimming group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the track and field group,the badminton team,the soccer team and the swimming group(P>0.05).).In the second and third grades,the height and weight of each group increased significantly(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the weight of the track and field group,badminton team,football group and swimming group were significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the track and field group,the badminton team,the soccer team and the swimming group(P>0.05).(2)Physical function: After 16 weeks of training,the lung vitality of the first,second and third grade students was significantly increased(P<0.01).The vital capacity of the track and field group,badminton team,football team and swimming group was compared with the control group.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).However,the lung activity of the swimming group was significantly increased compared with the track and field group,the badminton group and the soccer team(P<0.05).(3)Physical quality: After 16 weeks of training,the 50-meter scores of the five groups in the first,second and third grades changed.Among them,the track and field group,the badminton team,the soccer team and the swimming group improved 50 meters very much(P <0.01),there was no significant improvement in the control group(P>0.05).The difference between the track and field group,the badminton group,the soccer team and the swimming group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After 16 weeks of training,among the first,second and third grade students,the track and field flexion scores of the track and field group,badminton team,football team and swimming group were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the control group had a standing flexion score.There was no significant improvement(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the flexion of the sitting position between the track and field group,the badminton team,the soccer team,the swimming group and the control group(P<0.05).After 16 weeks of training,the first-,second-,and third-year students' track and field,badminton,football,and swimming groups had significantly improved standing long jump results(P<0.05),but the control group had no significant increase in long jump performance(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the track and field group,the badminton team,the soccer team,and the swimming group had significantly improved standing long jump results(P<0.05).Before and after the experiment,the scores of skipping in each group were significantly improved(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the scores of skipping in the track and field group,badminton team,football group and swimming group were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion: Before and after the experiment,the height of the students changed significantly.However,these four kinds of sports are not very obvious in promoting the height of students,and more are affected by genetic factors.However,in controlling the weight gain of primary school students,exercise plays a certain role.After 16 weeks of training,these four sports can promote the increase of vital capacity to a certain extent,but swimming can improve the vital capacity of primary school students.After 16 weeks of training,these four sports can enhance the speed,flexibility and strength of the students,and the effect is significantly higher than the control group.
