| As the pillars of the motherland,the physical condition of college students has different degrees of impact on their life,learning and future development,and is also related to the development and construction of a nation.At present,the continuous decline of college students’ physical fitness is a fact,and their physical form problems are not optimistic,whether it is standing,sitting or temperament,there are many problems,in addition,college students’ mental health problems are also frequent.This study analyzes the changes in body shape,physical function,physical fitness,and psychological symptoms of college students after physical training.To explore the impact of physical training on the physical and mental health of college students,and its effect in physical exercise of college students,so as to lay a foundation for further promoting the physical and mental health development of college students.In this study,using the literature method,interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,two students(40 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group)who took the public physical education course of aerobics in the second year of Fuyang Normal University were selected for a 12-week teaching experiment.In the experimental group,40%-50% of the physical training content intervention was added on the basis of calisthenics teaching,and the control group was routine calisthenics teaching.The changes of students’ physical form,function,physical fitness,mental health symptoms and other indicators before and after the experiment were tested,and the index data before and after the experiment were analyzed by SPSS.This study mainly yielded the following results: 1.There was no significant change in height,weight,BMI index,chest circumference and other indicators of students in the experimental group and the control group,and there were significant differences in waist circumference,waist-hip ratio and other indicators(P<0.05);2.There was no significant difference in blood pressure and resting heart rate between the two groups after the experiment(P>0.05),but the blood pressure of both groups decreased after the experiment;3.The grip strength index of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.01),and the test index data of sitting forward flexion and single leg closed eye support between the experimental group and the control group were also significantly different(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the three index data of standing long jump,50 meters and 800/1000 meters between the two groups(P>0.05);4.After the experiment,there were significant differences between obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,depression,terror,and total index in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The research conclusion is that physical training can effectively promote the physical and mental health development of ordinary college students,and the impact on physical health is mainly manifested in physical form and physical fitness.Physical training can improve the body posture of college students,make their bodies more upright and upright,and have a very obvious effect on college students’ self-cultivation and shaping,in addition,through practice,the flexibility,balance,upper and lower limb strength of students also have a significant effect.In terms of mental health,to a certain extent,it promotes the mental health level of college students,and can improve students’ negative emotions such as negativity,depression,anxiety,etc.,and cultivate students’ good qualities of being proactive,optimistic and cheerful,and easy to communicate. |
