Teacher education is the working machine of education and the source of motivation for improving the quality of education.As the "new blood" of the first teachers is the backbone of the future of the teaching team,providing professional support for the initial teachers,helping them from the "soft landing" of the internship teachers to the real teachers,the regional teaching and research center is duty-bound.However,the traditional regional initial teacher induction training is usually based on the teacher's moral training of the educational administration organization and the initial teacher discipline training organized by the teacher training department.The training forms are mostly lectures and listening courses.The initial teachers are passively involved and pressured.How to transform the training method,from paying attention to the "teaching" of the incumbent teachers to the "learning" of the initial teachers,and building a loose and democratic regional platform for the first-year comprehensive study of the first-time teachers is an issue we have been thinking about.This research focuses on the above problems,using empirical research and qualitative research,taking the new teachers' reading club in a certain district in Ningbo as a research case,and analyzing the positive role of the reading club in the new teacher induction training.After one year of observation,recording,practice and analysis,the following conclusion is drawn: the initial teacher induction training model based on the regional reading club is effective and can also be improved.
