At present,the academic research on the key ability of students has become the focus.The research on school-based curriculum construction around key competencies has become a hot topic in education.More and more secondary vocational schools begin to pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of students' key abilities.However,due to various reasons,many secondary vocational schools are still aiming at completing the provincial curriculum and local curriculum,lacking the supplement of school-based curriculum.Therefore,the construction of school-based curriculum based on students' key competencies is particularly important.This paper takes Zhoushan P School as an example to solve the following four problems: Why should school-based curriculum be based on key capacity-building? Where are the shortcomings of the existing schoolbased curriculum? What are the key competencies of secondary vocational students? How to build school-based curriculum based on key competencies?Aiming at the above problems,this paper quotes Dr.Fang Jianhua of Nanjing Normal University to describe the eight key competencies of secondary vocational students through the analysis of relevant literatures at home and abroad.Through the investigation and study of P school in Zhoushan,this paper constructs the framework of school-based curriculum construction based on key competencies,including defining the school-based curriculum objectives,constructing the school-based curriculum content,establishing the curriculum implementation approach,and improving the curriculum evaluation system.A questionnaire was designed to investigate the teachers,students and managers of P school in Zhoushan,and the data collected from the questionnaire were sorted out and summarized to analyze the shortcomings of the existing schoolbased curriculum construction,deeply divides the process of school-based curriculum construction,summarizes the effective experience and shortcomings of the school,and puts forward the following suggestions: First,to strengthen the understanding of school-based curriculum.The second is to improve the ability of curriculum development.Third,we should strengthen the integration and development of resources.Fourth,we should improve the curriculum evaluation system.The paper is mainly divided into six parts as follows:The first part acts as the introduction.From the existing policy perspective,in the current practical background,this paper raises the research topic and explores the practical significance and theoretical value of the research.Based on the requirements for talent training of students in secondary vocational schools,this paper argues the necessity of constructing school-based curriculum centering on students' key competence,and discusses the domestic and foreign research status,definition of relevant concepts,and research ideas and methods.The second part discusses the theoretical basis of the paper.Based on the theory of competency-based education and the theory of all-round development of human beings,this part clarifies the theories for the research on the construction of school-based curriculum centering on students' key competence,so as to obtain the theoretical support of relevant theories for this research.The third part proposes the status survey and analysis of the problems and causes.According to the survey and research on the current situation of the implementation of school-based curriculum,this part analyzes the existing problems in the current construction of school-based curriculum,such as insufficient understanding of school-based curriculum and lack of abilities of curriculum development.The fourth part introduces the construction of school-based curriculum centering on students' key competence,mainly including setting up curriculum objectives,constructing curriculum conte nt,and improving evaluation standards.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures for constructing school-based curriculum centering on students' key competence.This part presents suggestions on the improvement of school-based curriculum construction mainly from the aspects of strengthening the understanding of school-based curriculum,upgrading the ability of curriculum development,enhancing the integration and development of resources,and improving the curriculum evaluation mechanism.The sixth part ends with the conclusion.This part reflects on the overall research,states the innovative points in this paper,objectively acknowledges the deficiencies during the whole research process,and also gives prospects for the follow-up research.
