Course learning experience survey is an important means of evaluating university teaching quality abroad,and has produced mature and effective survey tools such as the Course Experience Questionnaire(CEQ)and the National Student Survey(NSS).Learning from the mature foreign survey tools to carry out the survey of Chinese university students can provide suggestions and enlightenment for improving the teaching quality of Chinese universities.The study used CEQ and NSS to conduct a course learning experience survey for 1385 Chinese university students.The main findings are as follows:First,overall,Chinese university students are satisfied with the course learning experience,but there is room for improvement.Second,the overall attitude of Chinese university students on the learning experience of each dimension is relatively positive,the scores of learning resources,learning community,learning motivation and graduation quality dimension are generally higher,but the scores of goals and standards,difficulty and burden and assessment dimension are generally the lowest,and there are other dimensions with lower scores.Third,the scores in skills,content,student support,learning community and student voice dimension of different schools are significantly different;the scores in teaching,skills,difficulty and burden,assessment,content,student support and learning resource dimension of different major categories are significantly different.There are significant differences between male and female university students in the scores of goals and standards and content dimension.Fourth,the key evaluation dimensions of university students are mainly concentrated in the learning experience outside the classroom,which are mainly distributed in the dimensions of graduation quality,student voice,organization and management,learning motivation and learning community.On the basis of the discussion and analysis of the survey results,the study puts forward the following suggestions:First,further carry out the evaluation of teaching quality based on student experience;second,focus on solving the problems existing in teaching of Chinese university;third,continue to improve the aspects of good performance in teaching of Chinese university;fourth,strengthen the research on the Category differences of university students ' course learning experiences;fifth,pay more attention to university students ' course learning experience outside the classroom;sixth,accelerate the creation of China 's own survey tools for the course learning experience of university students.
