As higher education entered a period of popularization, more and more people pay attention to the quality of higher education embody of the Students Learning Experience of college students. From the quality evaluation of higher education, the study is to understand the present situation of students, grasp the law of growth of students and seek a way to improve the Learning Experience of students.The study of Students Learning Experience of college students in china is in initial stage, so plenty of document data is carefully collected and arranged to construct the study thinking. Making reference to College Student Experiences Questionnaire, CSEQ,of Indiana University,USA., the study is based on the questionnaire of actual situation in Yunnan University. The Investigation object is students from fresher to senior. The present situation, characteristics and influencing factors of Learning Experience of undergraduate in Yunnan University is based on data of550undergraduates. After studying deeply, the conclusion is carried out as follows:First, generally speaking, the evaluation of Learning Experience of undergraduate in Yunnan University is not so good and lower than the standard value. Second, according to the one-way anova analysis, there are differences on grade, study time, course hours per week, achievement grade, choose after graduate, average monthly income of family for Learning Experience of undergraduate. Third, according to the analysis, the problems of Learning Experience of undergraduate is as follows:for university, the lower use rate of resources of university, the poor relations of teachers and students, and the lower degree of perception. For teacher, the more traditional teaching method, the unreasonable Curriculum, less practical application. For students, lack of self-planning, weak study motive and lack of study initiative.In view of the problems of Learning Experience of undergraduate in Yunnan University, the suggestions are carried out as follows:first, constructing Concept of Educational Quality of students first, second, optimize curriculum, promote the overall improvement of students. Third, reinforce the guidance of mentality and study, improve the self-adjustment. Fourth, optimize the teachers group; realize multi-communication between teachers and students. Fifth, improve the soft environment and hard environment of university.
