With the continuous progress of the new curriculum reform,according to the specific content of the current new curriculum standards,teachers need to pay attention to the importance of cultivating problem awareness and consciously train students' problem awareness.As the beginning of inquiry teaching,question teaching method plays an extremely important role in the teaching of morality and the Rule of law.Problem teaching method can enlighten students' thinking,make students form problem consciousness under the guidance of teachers,actively explore true knowledge,and improve the ability to solve problems.Four middle school as an example,this article takes Changchun city in the junior middle school by the morality and the rule of law,the status of the implementation of question teaching method,points out its problems in the process of implementation of question teaching method,and analyzes its forming reason,and then set up a targeted improvement scheme,and thereby improve the morality and the rule of law problem teaching method,to better complete the teaching task and achieve the teaching goal,improve the teaching quality of “morality and the rule of law”.At the same time,stimulate the interest of the majority of students in the course of “morality and the rule of law”,so that they form a good innovative thinking,so as to improve the ability to solve problems.
