With the advance of the new curriculum,education more and more attention to the all-round development of students,the educational requirements for talents from the traditional "knowledge type" talents to the innovative talents of transition;students’ learning style gradually from the traditional passive learning,learning mode to autonomy,realizing the transformation from "want me to learn" to "I want to learn".The problem teaching method researched in this paper enriches students’ knowledge and trains students’ abilities through analyzing problems and solving problems through discussions on problems.Students have equal opportunities to show their own viewpoints,and actively participate in learning,and their learning enthusiasm is greatly improved.This paper based on the practical experience of the existing problem teaching method,the teaching theory,summarizes the existing application of teaching methods of the moral and the rule of law in the course of the problem,to solve the problem of the corresponding solutions,to improve the teaching method and the rule of law and moral lesson two combination effect.The writing of this article is carried out in the following aspects:First of all,the background and significance of this study,as well as the current research situation of teaching methods at home and abroad are elaborated,and the research ideas,methods and innovations of this paper are summarized;related concepts of problem teaching are summarized,including the connotation,characteristics and problems of teaching of morality and the rule of law and the characteristics of teaching are summarized.And pointed out that the feasibility of the application of question teaching method in the teaching of morality and law;pointed out that the question teaching method should follow the scientific,comprehensive,independent,step by step,presupposition and generation combination"principle,summed up the implementation steps,the problem teaching: creating problem situation--Questioning and accurate questions-doubt,to analyze and solve the problems--Reflection after class,strong doubts suspected.Then,the students were conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers,and then on this basis,summarizes the existing in the application of "problem situation and the lack of relevance of life,problems of lack of hierarchy and comprehensive,the answer tends to standardization and lack of guidance of teachers and summarizing ability and lack ofreflection after class",the the causes,summed up as "teachers’ teaching ability is not strong,the impact of examination oriented education,teachers stick to question presupposition,generating problems and neglect of teachers’ professional quality needs to be improved in four aspects;the question teaching method in the moral course and the rule of law problems in the practice,and from theory and practice based on the life of the students,teachers should improve the teaching level of implementation of the design problem,consider the problem for all students,and students according to their aptitude,and Four strategies,such as time feedback,open answer and guidance,are presented,and the classroom examples of application question teaching method in law and rule of law class are presented.Finally,the full text is summarized and summarized,the advantages are summarized,and the analysis is insufficient,so as to make the combination of the problem teaching method and the combination of middle school morality and the rule of law more reasonable.
