In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the knowledge-based economy has emerged.The key to competition among educational and training institutions is the quality of teachers.Pre-job training for new employees is the first step for enterprises to retain core talents,and also the most effective way to strengthen the faculty.Therefore,how to establish and develop the pre-service training system for teachers has become the top priority of human resources development in this industry.As an outstanding representative of China's educational and training institutions,A education group has the status of "aircraft carrier class" in the industry.Based on A group as the research object,based on the study of the theory of pre-job training of education at home and abroad,based on management control theory,humanism learning theory,using the field investigation on to A group of pre-service training related personnel interview investigation,and its advantages and disadvantages compared with competitors B institutions,found A group of pre-service training is training system is not sound unreasonable,training system,training content blur,such problems as lack of effective training evaluation.This paper first analyzes the macro environment of the teaching and training industry with PEST model.Second,the demand for 130 new teachers training on the basis of questionnaire survey and obtain new demand report,combined with A group of human resources strategic objectives and training objectives,tailored for A group of A set of new system of pre-service training,including training course system,lecturer of management system and training effectiveness evaluation system.Thirdly,based on the KSAO model,the training contents of the three levels of primary,intermediate and advanced were designed.Kirkpatrick evaluation model was used to evaluate the training effect of the three stages before,during and after the training.Finally,the system,human resources,material resources,financial resources and other implementation points to ensure the implementation of their training programs.
