With the development of higher education in our country to the post-popularization stage,higher education has moved from comprehensive development to connotative development,from the pursuit of scale expansion to quality priority.In order to build a world-class higher education,we should return to undergraduate education and classroom teaching,and strive to improve the quality of undergraduate classroom teaching.As an indispensable and irreplaceable part of the higher education system with Chinese characteristics,industry-specific universities are of great significance to improve the quality of their classroom teaching.Therefore,this study uses literature analysis,historical analysis,comparative research and questionnaire survey methods to sort out and analyze the evaluation indicators and influencing factors of undergraduate classroom teaching quality in industry-specific universities.At the same time,take a university in Nanjing as an example.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the quality of classroom teaching.This study analyzes the historical changes in the evaluation of undergraduate classroom teaching in China from the policy development level,and analyzes the basic attributes,development advantages and limitations of the industry-specific colleges The peculiar laws laid the foundation for our country's transformation from a big country of higher education to a strong country of higher education.This research uses the CIPP evaluation model as the theoretical framework of the classroom teaching quality evaluation index,and uses the method of literature analysis to determine the influencing factors of the classroom teaching quality evaluation.The evaluation indicators include teaching objectives,resource input,teaching content,teacher teaching,student learning and learning results.Influencing factors include teacher factors,student factors and industry factors;teacher factors include teachers' professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability;student factors include personal qualities and learning input;industry factors are mainly the influence of industry needs.Make research hypotheses between influencing factors and classroom teaching quality evaluation indicators,constructtheoretical models,and verify the research hypotheses through questionnaire surveys.The research conclusions are as follows: among the teacher factors,there is a significant positive influence between professional ethics and teacher teaching;a significant positive influence exists between teacher professional knowledge and resource input and teaching content;teacher professional ability and teaching content and teacher teaching There is a significant positive impact between.Among the student factors,there is a significant positive impact between the personal qualities of the student and the student's learning and learning results;there is a significant positive impact between the learning input and the student's learning and learning results.Among industry factors,there is a significant positive influence between industry demand and teaching goals,resource input,teaching content,and teacher teaching.Finally,according to the research conclusions,an optimized path is proposed to improve the quality of undergraduate classroom teaching in industry-specific colleges and universities from the teacher level and the student level combined with industry needs. |
