| The overall framework of Core Qualities for Chinese Students' Development was officially released in September 2016,and it systematically constructed the core qualities for students in each section.As an indispensable part of the core quality system,the core quality of biology includes four aspects: life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Among these aspects,the concept of life,as the basic concept of life science,runs through biological contents,and specifically represents the world view in the field of life science.Therefore,it is very important to teach students life concept in junior high school biology teaching.Using the literature research method,basing on analyzing the background of research,and starting from the current situation of research at home and abroad,we can clarify the relevant concepts and specific connotations of life concept;we can clarify the main contents of life philosophy,humanism and constructivism,and analyze specific effects these contents have on research project,in order to lay foundation for follow-up practical researches.By questionnaire and interview,teachers and students of some junior high schools in Rongcheng,Weihai have been investigated about the current situation of biology teaching in junior high school based on life concept from the knowledge,the implementation,the influencing factors of teachers and the understanding,and the acquisition paths of students.The conclusions are as follows: as for the understanding level of teachers and students,teachers have proper understandings of core quality and life concept,but can't accurately grasp the specific contents;students identify with the greatness and magic of life,but lack the understanding of life concept,especially easy to get confused about the specific contents of life concept.As for teaching implementation,the overall effect is not good,mainly because teachers haven't dug deep resources,and haven't accurately understood the material in the textbook,and only have simplex form of nurturing pathways and homework.As for influencing factors,the main problems of teachers are lacking of knowledge reserve,lacking of resources,pressure about class time,lacking of attention to thought,and weak ability in classroom regulation;and the main problem of students is that the approach issimplex;and the main problem of schools is that they don't have enough supportive actions to ensure the effective implementation of education about life concept.With literature research method and text analysis,and based on analyzing the present situation,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows: one way is actively carrying out training and creating good atmosphere;the other way is exploring the method of cultivation and paying attention to practical inquiry.In the aspect of cultivating,the key points are excavating teaching material resources,optimizing material contents,optimizing teaching methods,improving implementation effects,designing individual assignments,and adapting to the needs of students.Based on the above countermeasures,and from the three aspects of cross-sectional comparison,experimental exploration and integration concept,the curriculum of junior high school biology teaching based on life concept has been designed and carried out for four months aiming at first-year students at Shidao Bay Middle School in Rongcheng,Weihai.After the curriculum,in order to verify the feasibility of relevant countermeasures,we evaluated from students' knowledge,the final grades before the summer vacation,the test in the summer vacation and individual assignments after the summer vacation,etc.The results show that the students get better results in knowledge and academic performance. |
