Under the background of national fitness and marathon fever,non-governmental running organizations have gradually developed.Because of the spontaneity and voluntariness of the participating teams,the organizational structure and management of the teams are loosely,which leads to many problems of the scattered organization of the activities.Participants' participation motivation affects the size and activity of the team,which can be regarded as the fundamental motivation,which is crucial to the development of the team.This paper based on self-determination theory,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,take the 2019 Hangzhou marathon run team participants as sampling survey,research their motivation structure and the characteristic to participate in marathon run team,helps to guide people participate in the marathon run group activities,as well as to organize management marathon run group activity,further boost the healthy development of Hangzhou marathon.The results are as follows:1.The participation motivation structure of marathon run team mainly includes non-motivation,external adjustment,introverted adjustment,identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,achievement,knowledge and experience.2.The ranking of the population mean of motivation is intrinsic motivation(M=4.3)>extrinsic motivation(M=4.076)> non-motivation(M=3.05).The mean values of the top three dimensions are identified adjustment(M=4.57)>integrated adjustment(M=4.39)> achievement(M=4.35).This indicates that the overall group participation motivation is in a higher stage of the continuum of self-determined motivation,and the behavior is more autonomous and not easily affected by the external environment.3.There are significant differences between different genders in external regulation,identified adjustment,knowledge,achievement and experience.There are significant differences between different ages in external adjustment,integrated adjustment and knowledge.There are significant differences between different education in introverted adjustment,identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge and achievement.There are significant differences between different monthly income in external adjustment,identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge,achievement and experience.4.There are significant differences between different marathon levels in identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge and experience.5.There are significant differences between different age groups in identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge,achievement and experience.6.There are significant differences between different team qualitative in identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge,achievement and experience.7.Different genders and project participants interact in introverted adjustment,identified adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge,achievement and experience;Different ages and project participants interact in introverted adjustment,integrated adjustment,knowledge,achievement and experience.Different education background and project participants interact in knowledge and achievement.Different monthly income has interact in extroverted adjustment,introverted adjustment,identified adjustment,integrated adjustment and knowledge.8.Different genders and group age interact in introverted adjustment,identified adjustment,knowledge and achievement;Different ages and group age interact external adjustment,internal adjustment,knowledge and achievement.Different education background and group age interact in external adjustment,identified adjustment,knowledge and achievement.Different monthly income and group age interact in external adjustment,identified adjustment,knowledge and experience. |
