Under the impact of globalization and the wave swept up in the Knowledge Economy, university's scientific research teams assume not only an increasingly important research and innovation but also the arduous personnel training task. However, the study of its incentive mechanism lags behind, the study of its incentive mechanism will be in a great significance and role, the author hope that the management and construction of colleges and universities for the current research team will provide a more systematic and scientific aspects of the incentive program.This paper will combine the theory of incentives internal and abroad and some other related theories, analyze university research team, the primary method inspired; and incentive features, pointed out the existence of incentive mechanism design difficult to grasp the characteristics of knowledge workers to develop personal goals of members, establish a scientific evaluation system and salary system. Also pointed out that affect the design of incentive mechanisms for key factors: the university management of the evils of the executive, managers accomplishments.On this basis, into the core content of this article, namely, university research team incentive program design. I integrated a variety of incentive theory, drawing on Lawler - Porter's model of integrated incentive to design incentives for university research team program. Its role can be summed up in the process expressed as: The research team managers and researchers of communication, the conclusion of the psychological contract research team to establish goals (expectations), thus encouraging its members to work, in the members of the personal efforts of the research team co-ordination cooperation and the combined effect of other factors, to attain individual and team achievements in scientific research, access to members and the team expect a fair rewards to gain satisfaction, the individual members so as to realize win-win situation with the university research team, that is the ultimate goal .
