As politics,economy,culture and even the whole society move towards ecology,education is inevitably integrated into the trend of ecology.As the main channel of moral education,school relies on the implementation of specific moral education concepts and practices in class,so the ecological study of moral education in class has important practical significance.From the perspective of ecological world view,moral education in class has become a special and stable ecological system.It contains the internal factors and the external environment of the class moral education,as well as the closely related relations between the elements.As an ecological system,class moral education embodies the three characteristics of integrity,openness and dynamics,which means to examine the class moral education from the perspective of ecology with the requirements of integrity,openness and dynamics.But in the real class life,the class moral education ecology appears the integral incomplete,the open unbalance,the dynamic insufficiency and so on problem.The wholeness incomplete is reflected in the moral education process training "limping imbalanced",the implementation of moral education activities "independent",the construction of moral education community "split";The open imbalance is reflected in the loss of moral education ecological niche,the lack of trust in home-school cooperation,the mild pollution of social ethos,etc.The lack of dynamics is reflected in the slow pace of adjustment of moral education in class,the backward quality of adjustment,the inability to quickly respond to changes and development,and the inability to effectively meet the new needs of students.Whether the moral education ecology of the class runs in good order directly affects whether the students can form moral quality smoothly.There are three basic reasons for the emergence of these problems: class teachers,school leaders and students' parents are lost in their respective positioning,they do not seek their positions and have not yet formed ecological moral education cooperation;With the lack of "student-oriented" concept,the moral education in class does not start from theneeds of students' growth.In order to seek short-term interests,moral education in class is narrowed and superficial.Therefore,in order to optimize the moral education ecology of the class and make it develop healthily and steadily,we should renew the concept and fall into the practice.Specifically,we should educate people with the overall concept,educate all the staff and educate them in an all-round way,and establish a closely cooperative moral education community of the class and a three-dimensional moral education system.Cultivate students with an open mind,integrate various forces under the leadership of the class,and turn negative influence into positive support;With the perspective of development,the class moral education should be adjusted and updated in time according to the changes of the society and the needs of students,and develop the independent moral education of students,so that they have the ability of long-term moral development.
