| In the stage of life development,the stage of children is a relatively special period in life,this period of children are not only facing the pressure of learning,but also facing psychological,physical and other changes.The first time they face multiple stresses,they can lead to psychological imbalance and complex changes,if not effective intervention,and then serious development will lead to such problems as rebellion,interpersonal tension,poor pressure resistance and so on.And these problems are closely related to the quality of people in emotion,will,tolerance to setbacks and so on,that is,EQ level.Although EQ has a natural component,it can be continuously improved through the accumulation of acquired learning and experience,and EQ training in adolescence can improve EQ level more effectively.Picture books are internationally recognized as "the most suitable books for young children to read ",which can help children to construct the spiritual world and cultivate multiple intelligences in an all-round way.The development of social work in our country makes the team of social work professionals is being built.The roots of social workers are at the grass-roots level,and serving the needy masses is its professional mission.Voluntary service has a long history of development in our country and has a broad mass base.While the state attaches importance to the development of social work,voluntary service is also regarded as a great force to promote the progress of our social civilization,and both sides are an indispensable part of the construction of social civilization.This paper combs the literature of emotional quotient education,social worker leading voluntary service and social worker intervening in children's education,takes a social worker leading voluntary service public welfare project in Xiangtan city as the opportunity to carry on the field research,combines the voluntary service with the public welfare as the biggest characteristic and the social work service with the specialty as the biggest characteristic organically,takes the class as the unit,carries on the teaching with the picture book education as the theme in the school,helps the child's emotional intelligence development.After the project is completed,quantitative and qualitative research is conducted to assess the effectiveness of the project intervention.Finally,the author carries on the project summary,makes the conclusion with the research angle,and carries on the reflection to the insufficiency.In this study,social worker-led voluntary service model was used as a reference for children's emotionalintelligence development through picture book reading. |
