Since ancient times,professionalism has been passed down from generation to generation in China.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,professionalism has been included in the core values of socialism,and it has reached an unprecedented level of attention.In the education sector,the cultivation of the concept of professionalism of primary school teachers has also received more and more attention and attention,and improving the professional ability of primary school teachers is an important way to cultivate their professionalism.Primary education is the basic education in the education system.Its role and influence cannot be ignored.The quality of primary education is closely related to the ability and quality of primary school teachers.Therefore,it is of practical value and objective necessity to study the ways to improve the moral qualities and professional abilities of elementary school teachers.Educational games have attracted attention since the day they were born because of their external form and educational core.This article focuses on the design of educational games that assist in testing the professional abilities of elementary school teachers.This research collects and organizes relevant literature,analyzes the development of domestic and international educational games and teachers' pre-employment education,and surveys the needs and media literacy of specific audiences in the form of questionnaires,laying the foundation for the study of game design solutions.On this basis,the important role of pre-employment education in improving the key abilities of elementary school teachers has been certified.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional elementary school pre-employment education have been analyzed,and the unique advantages of preschool education for elementary school teachers through game methods have been demonstrated.It also established a specific career situation experience for elementary school teachers in the form of a text adventure game,as a landing plan for the educational game design to help test the professional ability of elementary school teachers.This article intends to design a professional personality testing mechanism,task-oriented mechanism and incentive mechanism from the perspectives of professional personality,primary school teachers' key professional abilities and motivation theory.The professional personality testing mechanism is based on MBTI professional personality testing theory as a basis and guidance to detect whether the players' professional personality matches the teachers' personality standard,and proposes corresponding improvements for the unmatched dimensions.The task-oriented mechanism is based on the primary occupational skills of primaryschool teachers and is guided by game tasks.It simulates the specific occupational situation of primary school teachers in the game plot.The incentive mechanism simplifies the use of a comprehensive incentive model to form a reward and punishment system to motivate players to improve themselves during the game.Design a game mechanism based on the form of a text adventure game,develop an educational game “Novice Teachers to Report” for pre-service education of elementary school teachers on the basis of the game mechanism,and take a questionnaire survey to statistically test the game test,analyze the players' game experience and The teaching function and effect of the game.
