| Regardless of ancient,modern,Chinese and foreign,teaching according to students' aptitude and achieving effective teaching has always been the goal pursued by educators.In the 1960 s,precision teaching under the background of behaviorism formed a modest trend in the United States.However,it has not affected our country.In the 21 st century,especially with the rapid development and application of Internet information technology and big data analysis technology,China has suddenly set off a wave of precision teaching.The purpose of this research is to explore the key features,implementation processes and teaching modes of precision teaching through the development process of precision teaching,and to promote its practice and progress through reflection on precision teaching.This research uses the literature research method and historical analysis method to study the development history of precision teaching.It is divided into four stages: breeding,creation,expansion,and informationization.The characteristics of each stage are summarized.Finally,the key to precision teaching is The characteristics are abstracted into five parts: participation,pinpoint,evaluation,intervention,and data decision.In the development of precision teaching,scholars have also put forward their own views on how to implement precision teaching.This research summarizes the principles and processes of precision teaching and the teaching model and its characteristics under informationization using the method of literature research.On this basis,we reflect on the theory and practice of precision teaching:(1)the use of information technology is not the "essential attribute" of precision teaching,but it is a necessary condition for new development.(2)The main reasons why precision teaching has been paid attention to in China in the past 50 years are the progress of its own theory and technology,the reduction of the practical threshold,the ability to change the practical difficulties and the conformity with the trend of educational informatization.(3)Precision teaching has limitations on students' understanding.At present,in practice,it is easy to pay too much attention to students' knowledge and behavior,and it is improper to directly digitize students.(4)the new development of precision teaching has given teachers more powerful abilities,but it is prone to technical-only tendencies.(5)precision teaching is expected to achieve the all-round development of students,but at the present stage of implementation there is an impact on students' potential abilities.(6)In view of the current problems of precision teaching,the future development of precision teaching should be towards smart education,realizing all-round development of students,and training smart people. |
