In order to further enhance the country's talent competitiveness,the world's major developed countries and international organizations have carried out related research on "core literacy in the 21 st century".In line with the trend of international education reform,China's basic education is also striving to move from the "knowledge-based" era to the "core literacy" era,and the development of core literacy in high school biology teaching is a requirement of the development of the times."General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" proposes that the core literacy of the biological discipline mainly includes four aspects including the concept of life,and clarifies the concept of life including structure and function,evolution and adaptation,steady state and balance,View of matter and energy,etc.At present,the cultivation of the concept of life has attracted the attention of relevant educators,and many people are conducting practical research on the cultivation approach.Among them,model teaching can lead students to actively build knowledge by building models,and eventually rise to the concept of life in the process of building knowledge.However,it was initially found in educational practice and teaching practice that the effect of teachers in using model teaching to cultivate the concept of life is not ideal.Therefore,this study uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and classroom observation method,based on the analysis of the research background and research status,to clarify the purpose and significance of the research,to clarify the relevant concepts and theoretical basis;The status quo of life concept;put forward corresponding cultivation strategies and apply them to teaching practice.The following conclusions are obtained:In high school biology classroom teaching,there are many problems in the use of model teaching to cultivate the concept of life.From the perspective of teachers,there are mainly: the internal relationship between life concept and model teaching is not well understood,and model teaching and model construction activities Not paying enough attention to,the content of the model teaching and concept of life in the textbook is not dug in place,and the implementation process of model teaching is not standardized;from the perspective of students,mainly: cognitive attitude is not in place,the level of life concept literacy is generally low,and access to The way is relatively simple.According to the characteristics of the students' physical and mental development and the characteristics of the biology department,teaching countermeasures are mainly proposed from three aspects: cognition,emotion and behavior.In order to test the scientificity and feasibility of the countermeasures,four parallel classes in the first grade of S Middle School in Y City,Shandong Province were selected as the object,a control class and an experimental class were set up,and the new version of the textbook "Molecules and Cells" module was used as the carrier for teaching practice.,And use a combination of procedural and result evaluation to test the practical effect.Through classroom observation,it is found that teachers attach great importance to model teaching and the cultivation of students 'conception of life,and are good at digging up the relevant content in the textbooks,using the standardized model teaching process to cultivate the concept of life;according to the answers to the questions about life concept in the final exams,the experiment The class is obviously better than the control class;through the academic performance analysis at the end of the period,the experimental class is significantly higher than the control class;at the same time,the classroom atmosphere of the experimental class is obviously active.These research conclusions provide new ideas for the combination of model teaching and life concepts.The follow-up will be combined with work to carry out in-depth research to lay the foundation for the cultivation of the concept of life in the teaching of high school biological models in the future.
