| The elementary school period is a period of transition from adolescence to early youth to over-maturity.This period shows their psychological lock-up and turbulence.They hope to be independent and free but rely on their parents.There are various psychological contradictions.Childhood and adolescence is a key period for the formation of students' psychological quality,and it needs to be guided by correct methods.The significance of primary school mental health education is "prevention".This thesis is based on the current situation of mental health problems among senior students in primary schools,and the effectiveness of mental health education in primary schools is not obvious.The literature research method,interview method and survey research method are used to focus on the issue of management of mental health education in senior students.Systematic research aims to enrich the theoretical basis of mental health education in the senior elementary school,promote the rationalization of mental health education in the senior elementary school,and achieve the purpose of improving the mental outlook of the senior elementary school students and the effectiveness of mental health education.This thesis takes A city in Shandong Province Primary School as the research object to conduct surveys and statistics on the organization and management of mental health education,the understanding of mental health education,the construction of teachers,development channels,and implementation effects in A city in Shandong Province Primary School.Through surveys of senior students in primary schools and interviews with some teachers,it is clear that A city in Shandong Province Elementary School has achieved results in improving students' mental health education awareness,broadening resolution channels,and mental health features.Through research,it is found that there is a mismatch between the organizational structure of mental health education in schools and actual needs in primary school mental health education in A city in Shandong Province City.There is a deviation in the understanding of mental health education.The mental health education has low work efficiency and unsatisfactory work results.Weak,most schools have a single approach to mental health education.And analyze the causes of the problems from three aspects: school,society and family.Aiming at the above problems,the countermeasures of the mental health educationlevel in the senior elementary school are proposed.Strengthening the construction of mental health education management organizations: strengthening the construction of the administrative department of education in A city in Shandong Province City,improving the organizational structure of mental health education in schools;increasing teachers 'awareness of mental health education: increasing the awareness of mental health education among all teachers,and establishing teachers' "psychiatric oxygen bar"";Start to improve the effect of mental health education in various ways: give full play to the role of mental health education in the classroom,establish an evaluation system for mental health education,and strengthen communication between teachers and parents;strengthen the building of teachers in mental health education: introduce talents in mental health education,and value professionalism Talent training,training with training to improve teachers' mental health education level;multi-channel,diversified development of mental health education: strengthen the discipline penetration of mental health education,and carry out various forms of mental health education activities in schools. |
