Abstract/Summary:
The primary mental health education has been more and more attention with the continuous improvement of our country education system。So it was requirements and trends to take mental health education for pupil。The purpose of this study is to combine the characteristics of physical education itself and the mental health of students choose some of the ways and means to conduct psychological theory to guide intervention psychological intervention for students in order to promote students’ mental health, physical education in achieving penetration goal of mental health education, to provide a reference for other researchers.In the study, the main use of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, interviews, experiments, etc.Results: In this study, the unequal control group, the experimental group before and after the test quasi-experimental design, experimental time of 14 weeks before and after the experiment using the "Mental Health Test"(MHT) to the experimental group and the control group were tested. Through statistical analysis, with a significant difference(p <0.05) after the intervention in the experimental group of students in the "learning anxiety", "lonely tendencies", "physical symptoms" three factor scores and the total score with the previous experiment, the experimental group and the control group, the experimental data were compared in the "physical symptoms" factor appeared difference(p <0.05), the overall average score of each factor in the experimental group than the control group, indicating that psychological characteristics in physical education for students and status into the conduct "spot face" a combination of psychological intervention to promote students’ mental health. However, no significant difference was statistically significant on most factors in the experimental group and the control group, which also proves that we should recognize that the single objective of short-term courses for students play a role in promoting mental health is limited, Mental health education should be formed from low grade to high school, all the teachers combine the characteristics of various disciplines to form a systematic mental health education system. In addition, the experiment also proved that physical education teachers for some psychological theories and techniques to master intervention is necessary, and combining the characteristics of physical education as a guide to behavior theory approach theory and cognitive behavioral interventions behavioral intervention techniques can be a good The combination of organic and physical education were.
