The Research And Application Of The Evaluation Modei Of College Students' Ability

Talent is an important strategic resource of our country and a necessary condition to promote social progress and scientific and technological innovation,It is an important guarantee to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,China is facing the problem of how to cultivate high-level and high-quality talents and let them promote industrial innovation,upgrading and transformation.With the increasing demand for high-end talents,China's employment situation is increasingly grim,The requirements of society and employers for talents are gradually increasing,It puts forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of college students,as well as higher requirements for the evaluation standard of talent ability.Guided by the requirements of national engineering education certification,this paper completed the evaluation index system of College Students' ability;Based on the data of graduates' enrollment and employment in the school of information science and technology of Qingdao University of science and technology,this paper extracts,integrates,analyzes and researches relevant data,and establishes a database of university students' ability evaluation model;On the basis of consulting,summarizing and learning the previous theories and methods of talent evaluation,this paper improves the random forest algorithm and puts forward a new evaluation model of College Students' ability;According to the system analysis,the design and implementation of big data system for college students' behavior are completed,The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A new evaluation index system of students' ability has been establishedAccording to the guiding ideology of national education engineering certification,combined with the literature and expert opinions,this paper selects the professional technical ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,knowledge learning ability,management practice ability,comprehensive development ability and sustainable development ability as the secondary indicators,and constructs the evaluation index system of students' ability.(2)Put forward the evaluation model of students' abilityBased on the evaluation index system of students' ability,according to the requirements of evaluation,an improved random forest algorithm is proposed,and a new evaluation model of students' ability is proposed.(3)Completed the big data platform of College Students' behavior The visualization system takes springboot,mybatis and Shiro as the back-end development framework,and realizes the modules of user management,role management,resource management,score management,curriculum management,student management,model management,etc.the management and use of the model are relatively complete,which further facilitates the school to use the student ability evaluation model.
